This Comfort inn and suites left alot to be desired. Upon .my arrival, nobody was at the front desk, after 15 minutes,Herman the front desk person arrived, stating that he had gone out for dinner. The room was fairly clean,( although there was dirt in corners of bathroom and air-conditioning filter were dirty until cleaned by me) and it was quiet. Pattie, our room attendant, went over & above to help us.
Herman was in charge of breakfast on Sunday, which was barely there. No eggs, bagels,or applesauce, a few slices of bread. Rooms were not up to Suites standard. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Also water in the pool was about 1 foot deep and green, I'd say it hadn't been used at all this year.

The room was generally clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was OK doable. The kid attend to the carpets just a little bit more as carpets can get gross but I could tell they were attempting to keep them clean. The front staff is really nice and friendly. That’s the best thing about the place

Nasty carpet, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Air conditioner filter had to be cleaned by me. Bathroom was Nasty. Mold on shower curtain, black ring around tub. Had to get tub unclogged,it filled up to my ankles. That's how far the black ring was up the sides. Sink was stopped up as well. Front and sides of toilet looked as if had not been touch. All mirrors were so streaky and foggy looking, I had to clean them to look in them just so it wouldn't hurt my eyes. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Hotel was close to work and accessible. Had a few bugs in room, bathroom sink was nearly stopped up and very slow draining. Heavily stained carpet. Entire room needs refreshed. Ok for a quick stopover. Wife would say otherwise.

I booked four hotel rooms for a work crew for the weekend and the pictures they sent me of the rooms were completely disgusting. Oily film on almost every surface, dirt and garbage on the floor, bugs everywhere, the shower tub and sink were disgusting and the drains were clogged. There was even underwear left in one of the drawers from some previous occupant! I'm not sure what happened, but these rooms did not get cleaned or maintained properly and I am very disappointed in the state of the rooms. We don't normally book Comfort Inn hotels but there was nothing else available in the area. However, I will not be booking this hotel again for my crew. Absolutely unacceptable.

This was by far one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever experienced. The first red flag was roaches crawling out of the elevator door crevices—absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for any property. Once in the room, the issues continued: a strong moldy/mildew odor hit immediately, and the floor near the AC unit was soaked, likely the source of that awful smell.

The TV in the room didn’t work at all, leaving us with zero entertainment. To top it off, the “included breakfast” was nonexistent—they ran out of food and simply told guests they were waiting on their food truck.

Overall, this hotel failed at the most basic expectations of cleanliness, maintenance, and hospitality. I do not recommend anyone stay here, and I will never stay here again.

The worst hotel experience you can imagine. The room hadn't been cleaned at all. Both beds were not made and towels were thrown everywhere, the bathroom smelled like a sewer, there were stains all over the carpet and mattress. The damn door didn't even shut! We literally walked in the room and walked right out. We glanced at the pool and it was completely drained. this hotel is a joke. The two men working the front desk resembled dirty mechanics rather than friendly hotel clerks. How they haven't been shut down yet is a minor miracle.

While the room was nice there were several things noted about the property that I would like to address. 1. Accessible rooms are all the way on the end, and I took an 83 y/o lady with walker who had to do that long walk to get to and from breakfast. 2. Food problems: No cookies to greet people were out. No hot chocolate for those of us who don't drink coffee. No bananas. Eggs were dry and crusty on sides of pan. Potatoes were burned and dry. I had to get cereal bowls out from under the counter. Breads were short both days. 3. Leak in our room (101) somewhere in walls because floor was wet about 18" from the bed toward the wall, and over the two days got more so. 4. Staff: No one at desk first night...he was out smoking and I had to go get him two different times. Thankful that the lady second day cleaned up the mud that was all over the entry floor, in the breakfast room and down the hall when I called it to her attention.
