Stayed here two nights while visiting family. If I compare to other Comfort Inn and Suites that we have stayed in this is possibly the nicest one so far. We are Diamond members and only stay in Choice Brand hotels.

These Rooms were spotless and such a nice change to not have the smell of tobacco or weed in the building. They have kept the facilities up nicely vs the patchwork repairs we’ve seen in other hotels. You can tell the employees here take pride in their providing a good, friendly and clean environment for their guests. Would definitely recommend and we’ll definitely stay again next time we are in town!

Very nice staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our room had a living area with an extra TV, desk and kitchenette . Very reasonably priced. Adjacent to busy railroad tracks but you could hardly hear them. Can’t beat the price!

We ended up staying here after a more expensive supposedly nicer hotel did not meet our expectations. Turned out to be such a great decision! The king bed room was wonderful as it had a separate bedroom so early risers could get up and work without disturbing those sleeping. What really set it apart was the breakfast. Great free breakfast was nice but the breakfast staff was absolutely amazing. They were so Friendly, greeted each person who came in and even knew some of the longer term stays names. They would bring you things to your table and made it feel like we were at a sit down restaurant.

Very clean, Staff is very pleasant! I would say one of if not the best hotel in that area. Very clean large rooms, nice pool indoor pool area, fitness room and lounge are also quite convenient and comfortable.

I was very pleased by our stay. The hotel is clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was comfortable, soft linens, and the breakfast was good for what you expect. Given the location and the reasonable price, this is a good option.

Check-in and out was simple. Starr had to let me into the pool, as the keys were not working properly. She was amazing. Breakfast food was eh, cereal, Bagels, store bought Muffins that was cold. Grab and go type breakfast. Pool is only open until 9pm on weekends.

I'll start with the positives: front desk staff was very friendly and nice, & the room was quiet. It could have been cleaner, but it was 'good enough'.
I arrived around 6 PM, their power had gone out because of maintenance work, so their system was not working. Understandable, not the staff's fault of course. It took an hour to restore the system, then I finally got checked in. Nowhere on the website nor over the phone when I confirmed my reservation did they state they charge an extra $100 as a "deposit". I had no choice but to pay it, seeing as I'm already at my hotel for the evening. Not sure how a policy that they've had since 2022 has not been posted anywhere on the website, the confirmation email, or over the phone.

Then, the man checking me in charged both of my cards (debit & credit) the $100 deposit. They said it would take at least a day to void the transaction. He was very apologetic but that was a completely unacceptable "mistake" in my eyes. Overall very disappointed in the experience.
