Bed bugs! Our group stated here 3 years in a row. Never was a great hotel. But it has gone downhill we will not stay again. All 3 rooms were dirty. Dust everywhere. One toilet had urine on seat, one room had bed frames that were broken and at an angle, the beds were super small....a large twin is closer to bed size. Not queens. 1 adult fits. Had to buy air mattresses for our 2 kids. 2 days breakfast was empty and no one refilling anything .
Went for an extra blanket they had zero. No roll away bed. No extra towels (day 2 they had 3)
Front desk lady was very rude when I asked for an extra blanket. We already decided this was our last stay here when we then found bed bugs. Wasn't so infested we saw it doinga quick check. But when we took sheet off we found more than just the one crawling in the side.

Please see pictures. I was unable to attach a video. I came to Cincinnati to help my mother and had to have her admitted to the hospital. I checked in at 2am and checked out 7 hours later. I paid 116 dollars for seven hours of absolute filth, dust, paint chips, a broken ac unit, a broken window, and water all over the floor. It was appalling to say the least. The guest service person running the front desk, Boris, refused to offer reimbursement more than ten percent. The room should have never been rented out. I truly believe that The woman who checked me in, Monique took advantage of my desperate situation and stole our money.

We came to the hotel for a wrestling tournament for the 3rd year in a row now. Between last year and this year the beds changed in size from queen to double. They also changed the comfort level. They were spring mattress. Upon asking for extra bedding due to bed size changing the front desk clerk was very rude informing my friend and I that we were wrong in what we booked. Also had no other blankets or even sheets to give us because they were all out. My family and friends will not ever be coming back to that hotel. Also upon our departure my friend found multiple bedbugs in her room.

Almost $100 a night but they have everything tore up. I can appreciate updates just like everyone else, however, for the price of the room, no toilet paper in the bathroom, the smallest TV I have seen in a room. I spend over $50,000 in hotel rooms each year for business purposes and the TV size is ridiculous. The beds are stiff as a board and the water pressure and temperature is a joke. If you enjoy cold showers, then this is the place for you. Don’t waste your hard earned money on this place. You’ll get more bang for your buck elsewhere.

When I got there it was in the middle of the night and my room smelled like urine and the bathroom light would not come on. So I couldn't take a shower and the girl informed me well. You'll just have to wait for the electrician to come in the morning and just a bunch of other stuff like cleanliness just wasn't there. I would not recommend this hotel

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Our room smelled like feet, the floors were dirty, and the toilet had not been cleaned. I didn't even want to sit on the couch because it looked so nasty. If you want a comfortable place to stay I don't recommend this place. Thankfully it didn't seem to have bed bugs like some of the other reviews said lol

Fantastic Stay!

Had a wonderful experience at comfort inn. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring . Loved the rain shower and the amazing view from my room. The on-site restaurant had delicious food, and every detail was taken care of. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

This place needs to be shut down. I cannot believe it is even still running considering the conditions it is in. I am astonished that comfort inn has allowed its name to be attached to this dump. First, the front desk lady kept asking for the last 4 digits of the card we used to book the hotel and insisted what we were giving her was the wrong number. Then asked for a different card to be put on file so we gave her a different card. Once we got in the room I could feel the dirt and grime on the floor once I took my socks and shoes off but I just looked past that and wore my sandals anytime I needed to get up. I started thinking that I should prolly go look at some reviews on this place because I started worrying about bugs. The first thing I seen was a recent review of someone’s card details getting taken and fraudulently used so we immediately turned off the card they put on file for us. As we were reading all of the real reviews for this place (because obviously every review over a 2 star is from a fake account when u start paying attention to the names and accounts they are coming from) we quickly decided at 12:30 at night to pack up. As we were packing, we came across one roach crawling across the bathroom sink and another in the bathroom floor. As we inspected closer the walls, floors, desks, everything was just absolutely disgusting. I’m sure if we had stayed we would have gotten some bed bug bites within the hour. We were just baffled. There was balls of hair everywhere. Just gross. It looked worse than a trap house and we actually paid to stay here. The travel agency is still trying to get us a refund. Disgraceful!
