I came to this hotel because it was close to the hospital my father was in. My father is dying and you can imagine the pain I am in. Imagine coming to a hotel where the front desk lady is rude, Miss Perry. When I say rude, I can’t believe she has a job. That speaks volumes on management. The room we booked had a leaking ceiling, drug needles in the room, phone did not work and they had dirty linen on the bed. Miss Perry refused a refund and was so nasty when we complained about the room. We were forced to stay here, because they said we couldn’t get a refund for two weeks. We feel unsafe and if Miss Perry does anything with my credentials, I will press charges. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE INTO DRUGS, PROSTITUTION AND SEX TRAFFICKING!!! The people that come in this hotel, are shady and into all above. I took pictures! Anyone who had put good reviews must not have experienced a real hotel with hospitality and this is what they are used to. Oh and Miss Perry was nice to all the male guest and rude to all the women who entered! Yes I witnessed this! I do not want to take a shower or even go to the bathroom. Tub was dirty, toilet seat was all scratched up. This hotel is a disgrace! I guess you get what you paid for. I might as well went to motel 6 with Norman Bates!

Had not stayed here before and was not sure what to expect, but this place was really nice. The room was cozy, there is a 24 hour fitness center and the breakfast was tasty and satisfying. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I am in Augusta

I’m in the military and was supposed to stay for a longer period but was forced to leave due to rising room rates because of the masters tournament. When I explained this is not allowed, they told me it is. I have in fact confirmed that it is illegal to raise roommates on military personnel while they are on orders. Of course this hotel forgot to charge me when i arrived the very first day so we could work this out. I am currently having to get a barracks room while everyone else I’m here with managed to keep their hotels all in the same area. Bad customer service.

Don't expect the TV in your room to work. And don't let them move you to a room where the air conditioner doesn't work. I had a hard time getting the TV to work, the front desk was not helpful, could have suggested replacing the batteries and the remotes but move me to a room with no air conditioner. Desk clerk seemed to be very irritated that I was bothering her. Breakfast was decent

Maintenance is poor but I hope it's taken care of while under construction. The tub spout needs to be attached again. The communication of construction needs to be highly visible. Breakfast was good

Woman who checked us in was rude that night of Sat, October 12, 2024. She charged my card before I even got there which she wasn’t supposed to do. My parents are in their 70’s and my dad is starting to have cognitive issues and my mom and I didn’t know the rude lady had already told my dad what time breakfast was the next morning, so my mom asked her “What time is breakfast in the morning?”, her snarky response was, “I already told him”, meaning she had told my dad and he was supposed to inform us. She never gave us an answer and I found out on my own online, but we left the next morning and had breakfast next door at the Waffle House (the food was great there). We didn’t need their breakfast if that was the way she was going to treat us. The room smelled like sewer. Idk if they were having plumbing issues with their water or what.

I am currently staying here, and I have ran into a few issues. The fridge in the room makes loud noises all night, the ac randomly turns off during the day so I come back to a sweltering hot room, the toilet takes 10 minutes to quiet down after being flushed, I have been trying to get the maid service to come to my room for 3 days to get fresh towels and bedding, there is only one person working the front desk at a time and sometimes they aren't even there.
