The room and bed were very comfortable. The room seemed very clean and quiet. Breakfast was typical.||One thing that happened is that they added $5/night cleaning fee even though I booked through the app. That has never happened with Choice before and when I objected they removed that charge.||Even though the back door supposedly needed a key to open it didn't so anyone could have walked in.

Nice cheap rooms, breakfast included with room. Checked in with an amazingly helpful female night clerk and seen no one else at the front desk for the entire remainder of stay until I checked out (2 night stay). Easy to get to location with nearby food and convenience store. Microwave and mini fridge in room also.

Booked one of the rooms with a Jacuzzi tub and was seriously disappointed that the jets to the tub came out when the jets were turned on. The front desk attendant was unable to transfer to another room (hotel was not fully booked) or do anything to compensate. Rooms had a strong odor to them that was unusual and hard to describe. Topping off this whole mini trip the indoor pool room was extremely cold and so was the pool. Definitely won’t stay here again or recommend to anyone.

It appeared we were interrupting when we arrived. Took several minutes before someone stepped from office to front counter (ten ft). Room was reserved and all set for us and only a few minutes to check in when we finally had someone help us. The issues began when we arrived at our room to find the room not clean, the bed was pulled up but dirty, not made and definitely not cleaned. Sheets had stains and had not been changed. We called the front desk and had to down grade to a non suite due to lack of availability. Had to repack and move from 3rd floor to opposite end on 2nd floor. Even with move and downgrade we did not receive any offer of compensation. This is not one of the best Comfort Inns we have stayed at.

room is clean, bed comfortable, the tub has done square of lining stuck to it which was peeling up at the edges which was kind of gross. in the morning there was a bed bug on the bed. someone was playing music super loud at 4am. staff dealt with it quickly and appropriately.

We really like staying here it was clean it was just what you're looking for in a hotel no bed bugs no BS The cable work good the bathroom worked good and clean You're wanting to stay at a good comfort inn owasso is the spot to do it

For the price, it was a good place to stay. The check-in area was very clean. The rooms were clean. Everything was nice. The breakfast is what you would see at any free breakfast; eggs, sausage, waffle maker, fruit, yogurt, bread, jam (no strawberry), peanut butter cup.

Missing that one star because of the shower. Heads up, to get the shower to turn on, you have to pull the spout where the water comes out, down. We had NO idea and had to call the front desk. Maybe it was the language barrier, but we were on the phone longer than we needed to be for them to tell us that.

Cleaning service was right on time every day - 10am. We never dealt with them because we had the Do Not Disturb sign hanging, but we heard them knocking at all the other doors.

There is a QT and Wendy's walking distance from the hotel. And the highway was across the street. (Don't worry, you couldn't hear any road noise). All that was convenient.

BED BUGS

I woke up at 3am to bug bites on my face and arm. I turn on my phone and i notice something out of the corner of my eye. I turn on the lights and theres a fat bed bug crawling right on my pillow. I immediately left and went to one of the other hotels for the rest of my night.

A day later and my bug butes are swollen and itchy, and now ill be needing to decontaminate myself and my luggage before i come home.

You really are better off sleeping in your car.
