Over the years I have traveled a great deal with work. I have spent many nights in hotel rooms all across this country. I did something at this hotel that I have never done before – that is walk out within 30 min of checking in. The first room we were assigned did not have a working air conditioner. I requested a different room. Once we entered our new room I noticed a half eaten sandwich on the counter – and then – pulled back the sheets a little on the bed and noticed that the bed had been slept in. Once I pulled the sheets all the way back I noticed not only had the bed been slept in, but the sheets were dirty….very dirty. These sheets had dirt, blood, and other “substances”. My family and I immediately grabbed our bags and left. I did not care that it was past 10 PM, there was no way we were staying there. I have stayed in this hotel previously with no issues – but I will not being staying there again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Comfort Inn, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a friendly atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

I want to give a special shoutout to Raymond, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. His attentiveness and genuine care made a significant difference, and I truly appreciated his efforts to ensure everything was perfect.

The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of options to start the day right.

Overall, Comfort Inn exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit. Thank you, Raymond, for making my stay memorable!

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Upon arriving I was told that they had cancelled the reservation I made two months prior because someone else with the same name had checked in. I found out that they checked that person into the double queen room I had booked. There was no available rooms, but they “came up with” a single king room for my family of 4.
The room was infested with nats. The bathroom mirror has 16 and the walls had countless. They landed on us all night as we slept. She smell was a pungent mixture of mildew and chemicals. I was also made to pay the same amount for this horrible room as the one I was supposed to receive.

The choice hotels customer care couldn’t help me as it appears that I’m still staying in the room that they gave away to someone else. So someone else now has my name, address, and credit card information on their receipt. To say I’m livid it an understatement, this is gross negligence with personal information.

I had a great experience here my room was clean and nice. Parking was no problem I felt my vehicle was secure whenever I'm coming back this way I'll be sure to stop.

Went on a roadtrip with my daughter and this was our first stop. I was looking for places not too far off of the highway, offered breakfast and had good reviews. ||CONS: First impression was not a good one with the moment we walked in the hotel door there was a heavy smell of smoke/vapes. ||Rooms were clean but definitely dated with a few minor repairs needed.||Pros:|Decent Breakfast|Close to the highway but you couldn't hear that traffic

For $385/night…..this hotel was a not up to even a one star rating. |Check in went okay but the guest room was horrible.|The TV had no instructions and did not broadcast national stations…Spectrum is the provider.|The toilet seat was broken. The exhaust fan did not work.|The drapes were barely hanging and did not close (4-6 inch gap) so the lights from the parking lot and I85 were glaring through the room all night.|The bolt on the door latch was barely hanging so little security there.||Overall a dump and Auburn graduation drove up the price. I would never stay there again!
