Stayed here for a week in early January.

We got in early, which they didn't charge us for, we were tired from the flight and not sleeping the previous evening.

First impressions were good, they had four good size luggage carts, the check-in process was quick and the car park was well laid out, there was a ramp up to the door and the automatic doors worked perfectly.

We loaded up the cases and headed to the elevator, which was slow, but worked perfectly fine.

The room was clean and I would say medium sized, but good for the price.

The bathroom sink is not in the bathroom, which means it's available if someone else is using the bathroom.

The bed was really comfortable and we had no problems sleeping.

Breakfast was great, especially the muffins, which seemed like they were made fresh that morning. There's a fire to sit in front of after a cold walk in the dining area.

The staff were helpful and always had a smile.

I would recommend bringing a little humidifier if possible as being at altitude, the air is very dry.

Other than that, couldn't have been happier with the hotel. Would stay there again and probably will as there is plenty to do in and around Flagstaff and we have friends that live there.

First off the room was great and I’m happy I got to stay here for my visit out here. Room was ready early which was awesome and was clean for my two dogs and I. The bed was very comfy like I was reading from other reviews and I have been getting great rest up here. The location is great honestly and nothing seemed to be too far away in the area in general so it made it easy to get back. Definitely will recommend staying here to friends and family if they ever come up here as well, I had a great time and I’m glad I picked here. It wasn’t too badly priced either and dog fee wasn’t insane compared to others who wanted a daily fee compared to a fee for the entire stay. Also! Breakfast was included with the stay which was awesome and had great options from eggs and sausage/muffins and breads/ waffles/ and cereal and much more honestly. Thanks and hope y’all keep up the great work, it was a great time and hopefully one day I’m back here again!

The Hotel is very nice compared to the other Comfort’s in the area, but the beds are very hard, if you are looking for the wonderfully plush, high quality mattress that some Comfort Inns have, this is not the place. If you are not picky of mattresses, you might be happy. One other gripe I have is the hidden “service fee” even though it is only $6.97, I feel these type of fees are absolutely unethical. I booked within the choice hotels app which states “total for night” and GRAND TOTAL. My email confirmation states “estimated total including taxes AND FEES, yet in fine print it says, $6.97 service fee will be added.
This type of practice should be considered fraudulent and illegal. Just be honest and show customers a true total for the stay.
Also breakfast was not ready at 6am. Many people were waiting, looking for the hot food. I had to leave in order to be at my job on time.
One star deducted for the hard beds and one star deducted for the hidden “service fee” (after all, 100% of the price I pay at a Hotel is for the service of staying at a hotel.)

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Comfort inn and unfortunately, our experience was marred by a serious issue: bedbugs. Upon discovering them we approached the front desk to explain the situation, expecting understanding and assistance. Instead, we were met with attitude and outright denial from the staff, despite having photographic evidence.

My boyfriend has eight years of experience in pest control, so he knows what to look for when it comes to bedbugs. Instead of acknowledging our concern, the staff seemed more upset that he was knowledgeable about the issue. This lack of professionalism was incredibly frustrating.

Initially, they were reluctant to offer a refund and only agreed to switch our room after a lengthy discussion. The new room was thoroughly inspected by my boyfriend, and thankfully, it was clean with no signs of bedbugs.

While we understood that such issues can happen, the staff's denial and dismissive attitude were unacceptable. We approached the situation calmly and genuinely, but it felt like our concerns were brushed aside. I hope management addresses these issues, as customer service should be a priority, especially in situations like these.

Overall, we were disappointed not only by the presence of bedbugs but also by the lack of proper customer service. I would advise potential guests to be cautious.

We came when it was snowing, and none of the entrances were salted. Upon leaving the next morning, they still weren't salted even though there was ice on the walkway.

We were shocked at the $40 pet fee. The employee said most people stay more than one night, and it's a flat rate. (1 night or 5 days) What about the people who just stay one night?

The main gathering area was a comfortable ski lodge setting with a nice fire going in the fireplace.

Our room was nice. King bed with a sofa. It was clean. Mattress was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure.

The breakfast was very good. Fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, and airy bisquits and gravy. Along with the regular breads and cereal.

We would stay here again.

Beautiful setting, rustic decor in the common areas, one with a fireplace and large windows for an elevated view of the trees (and street below). Outdoor pool closed but hot tub open. Has one entrance/exit driveway. Walk to the entrance is a farther from parking lot than most hotels. Room 125 very clean with great water pressure in shower. Odd note--no trash can liners in room. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast with usual choices and better grade muffins. Breakfast was a bit spoiled when housekeeping wheeled dirty linen carts through the food area. Common area used for dining was packed at the time. Hotel is very quiet. We were surprised at the amount of guests at breakfast as we hadn't heard any hall or traffic noise.

It was my first time at this hotel the place was very clean the staff was very friendly. Will definitely be back again to this location. Love the breakfast they had in the morning and had a very nice open seating area with fireplace where u can read at night.

Stayed for one night and could not have been happier. Friendly staff, great breakfast, rollaway bed was already in our room upon check in. Nice comfy rooms and the kids loved the hot tub - would definitely stay again!
