I stayed here for 4 days to go to orientation with Marten Transport. It was actually nicer than I thought it would be! They served continental breakfast, the showers were hot, and my room was clean. I heard about a bed bug issue in one of the reviews from a year ago. But, I didn't see anything after looking at the mattress. There weren't any signs of roaches either. That was a major plus for me, considering the location. It's not the best, though the doors aside from the main entrance require a key card to get in. Security wasn't an issue. To top it all off, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were understanding of me requesting an extended stay last minute, and they were able to exchange quarters with my $1 bills to use the laundry machines. I would definitely stay here again!

The lobby is beautiful clean and refreshing. The room was pet friendly which I needed. But you can tell by the carpet stains no smell though which was amazing. The ceiling by the window had a water stain basketball size and messed up ceiling tiles. The bathroom ceiling you can see had a broken pipe and was not repaired right.
The area location was beyond sketchy the sign in the parking lot said park at will. Does have parking for semi Bob. They really need security in that area. The apts or hotel behind the fence had fighting. Smoking anything and everything going on. The laundry mate in the hotel was clean and fresh washer did not smell the soda machine was janky has hell. Hallway walls and carpet was pretty up kept .

The service people were polite, friendly, and accommodating. Our room on the 3rd floor was clean. The bathroom was okay; although, the floor would get wet while taking a shower. The hot breakfast was the usual flair, but the attendant kept the area clean and well stocked.

Sadly this property is poorly ran. One of my employees stayed her to conduct 3 driver interviews. Vic the GM quickly told my employee that she could NOT do that in the lobby and Not in the breakfast area. She asked if he had another area and the answer was NO. unless she rented a space for 150.00. Hotels are very often for business. I have held many business meetings in Lobby's. this is why its a common use area. Sadly the ownership has lost sight of hospitality.

Homeless people hanging around begging when you get out of car. Stairs in front are in between the front doors entrance but the room key lock for access is not working so door to stairs open to anyone. Shower tap fell off in my hand. Sink drain..doesn't. unenthusiastic breakfast with machine coffee.. bland.. you can tell that they are more interested in getting your money than giving you a decent rest.

These good reviews have to be fake. It’s in a noisy industrial park, they don’t clean for days or check. The creepiest guy came to my room and I thought it was the maid never mind all the creepy dudes sitting in cars outside. The people below me are banging and yelling. The fitness center is broken and breakfast is over at 8. Nope

TRUCKERS BEWARE
I had to meet two potential truck drivers there to interview them, i had a reservation for that night. When i got there the Front Desk Vic told me we had to leave he did not any business in his lobby that i could not be there until check in and could not meet anyone there unless i book a meeting room , since i drove 150 miles to meet them , i asked how much was the meeting room he said $150.00 them said but they are booked six months in advance. Clearly he had a problem with truckers and was very rude to me and the two potential drivers. he also gave /confirmed my info to the drivers before I got there. This is worrisome as i am a women travelling alone for work and a front desk should give out or confirm anyones info,

Positive: "" Negative: Stains on the carpet in the room. AC made a loud annoying squeak every time it shut down. Room was very dated and in disrepair. They were out of towels and wash clothes. The food for the continental breakfast ran out.
