It's an "old school style" hotel, but that's not a bad thing ๐Ÿ˜‰ Nice to have the vanity separate from the WC, magnifying mirror, tissue dispenser built in the wall, electric plugs everywhere and even multiple USB ports... The hotel is old but kept well enough for budget stays. Nice free breakfast. Many restaurants, hotels, and gas stations/convenience stores within walking distance. Free parking.
But bring earplugs---walls are paper thin and pets are allowed.
Thanks for a comfortable stay

We have stayed at this hotel several times, whenever we have to drive to Flagstaff and for northern road trips. It is clean, easily accessible from the freeway, and the reception/ desk people are always friendly and efficient. Felicia was outstanding. We got there unexpectedly early from driving south from Utah, and they got a room ready for us and allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated after a long drive! They did not charge us the early check in fee as we are gold club members. I booked a 2 queen room because it had a desk chair and an arm chair, which we appreciate when traveling. We like to relax and watch tv in the evenings after a long drive. Many hotels only have one chair in their rooms. We are partially Disabled with arthritis and appreciate having grab/ safety bars in the bathtub/shower, which this bathroom had. The only negative I would mention is that the toilet was the old small, low kind, which are really hard to get up and down on. Perhaps their accessible rooms have higher toilets, I will check next time. The breakfasts here are always very good. Today they served veggie or cheese Omlettes with sausage links, in addition to cereal, bagels, toast, waffles, fruit, and yogurt. This hotel is really good value for the money! We will always stay her when traveling through Flagstaff!

Our room had a tiny bathroom. The hot tub was tiny, too, way too small for a hotel. Breakfast included lots of pastry options as well as a waffle maker, eggs and sausage. I would like to see the place be cleaner; stray hairs gross me out. This place could use some attention, but it's okay for a night.

Pros: Women working check in are lovely and very accomodating. They allowed me to change rooms when the neighbors next to my original booking were really loud. Pillows and beds are very comfortable. Everything is very, very clean. |Cons: There is a $35 + tax pet fee due at check in that was not listed on my third party booking site when I booked the stay. When I wrote a review about that on Google, someone from the establishment immediately left a sassy response. The freeway is very loud.

This is the worst Comfort Inn that I have stayed at. The bathroom and floor was dirty on arrival. The hotel ran out of towels and pool towels were non-existent. Our stay was two nights and despite requesting the room to be cleaned, they failed to clean it. I think they should have the Comfort Inn affiliation changed to motel 6 because the quality of this stay was a poor experience.

Stayed here for my daughters graduation. The lady at the front desk when we got there was very nice and helpful. The guy at night not so much. Sat on his phone most of the time, and he didn't notice I was at the desk. The room was ok. Clean, but the walls are separating, paint is pealing, and shower has no pressure. Breakfast was ok, nothing to brag about. If it's a quick stay, like 1 day perfect, 4 days like myself, not so much. You will have to ask for room service or extra shower towels at the front desk. It's just a little inconvenience.

I donโ€™t know how this hotel has 3 stars. Customer service is non existent, manager Felicia had an attitude when I questioned why they placed 4 โ€œholdsโ€ on my card and the receipt they printed shows 3 payments, when I only stayed one night. Still waiting for my account to be corrected itโ€™s been a week. Itโ€™s in a rough area, didnโ€™t feel comfortable walking around at night. Only breakfast available at 6:30am was bacon, nothing else was set out. Rooms are tiny, you can hear everything outside your room. I definitely donโ€™t recommend and would never stay here again.
Their response to my review is exactly how this hotel handles guests, with rudeness and lies. They also have no regard for your personal info as they publicly posted the last 4 of my card number. I never talked to the over night person, the person I checked out with told me she was the manager and her name was Felicia. People can see for themselves, if anyone post a negative review instead of fixing their issues they are rude to guests. No accountability.

The manager, Tino (or owner), for this was a franchise, made my stay terrible. I paid for a week, reserved for a month . I canceled the future reservations promptly.
His issue was that I smoked Marijuana in the smoking areas outside. Disabled and 61 yrs plus , he should mind His business. His concern about my medicine was higher on the agenda than his concern about the hotel cleaning and comfort.
The air conditioner didn't function properly. My business prior to retirement was air conditioning. So i took photos, the first is of should be the coil. The appearance should be as a car radiator. The a/c was intermittent. That is, the heater did not work at all times. It is also a source of mold and mildew. Anyone with respiratory issues should avoid this place . The room reached about 70 degrees.
Housekeepers were in my room without my knowledge. The sticker says no housekeeping, and the room would not be cleaned without my request. (Covid rules are convenient to minimize cost, but the rooms suffer. ) My towels were missing from the room with no replacement. The inspection took place while I was in the gym. Most likely insuring, I didn't smoke in the room. So don't keep anything accessible worth money.
The view out my windows was a condemned hotel and a scaffolding. Along with being a truck driver rest station . Different drivers would stay here and rotate in and out. So children and families might want to avoid it.
The shopping carts gathered nearby were present the whole week.
The swimming pool area felt like a teen age horror movie. The instructions for the saunas were confusing, and mold was present in the drain area. The owner was lurking as I was in the dry sauna. It was very uncomfortable the way he was around.
The closet.... I mean gym was too small it seems as if that broken exercise bike was being stored in the room. The seat back was broke, and also the handle was the handle.
The room's carpets retain moisture. And the furniture was well past its usage date.
Television had no premium channels. This one the only one I visited without HBO.
The comforter was old and tattered on the ends.
So I explained to a couple of clerks. I was very uncomfortable at this comfort inn. Some of the staff looked at me as if I assigned them there Jobs.
As a traveler (and I take another hit of my medicine...I can say this is not a good spot. There are too many options with better rooms and lower prices.. Sausages are not worth the disrespect
