My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff was exceptionally polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The entire property was spotless, with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas. Breakfast was a delightful experience, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every palate. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. From the service to the amenities, everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Positive - room was clean and quiet and there was a Tim Horton's across the parking lot.

Negative - Breakfast was bad. Container marked 2% milk was skim milk. There was no fruit out the first morning. The plastic eating utensils were so flimsy you couldn't butter toast or cut the waffles. One other guest said it was their child's play tea set silverware. Since were were there for only 3 nights they did not give you fresh towels. There wasn't a spare roll of toilet paper and we had to ask for soap. The impression is they are trying to do everything as cheap as possible. I almost forgot some of the coffee creamer must have been dated as it was lumpy and wouldn't dissolve. Our last Choice hotel choices weren't the best choice.

At first glance everything was fine - room clean, no bad smells. If I were not in the habit of checking under all mattresses, headboards and picture frames in rooms (had a terrible bed bug experience a few years ago) I would have given a 5 star rating. BUT - I do check under mattresses. Found a bug in the first room (room 111) so I asked for a new room. Two more rooms had what appeared to be insect casings. I cannot confirmed for sure as they were very small but suspect so I was uneasy. I did give in to staying in the 4th room even though I was seeing the same same small brown maybe casings (only one instead of a few). To protect myself from possibly bringing beg bugs home again I left my bag in the car and only brought in pj's and clothes for next day. I kept all the clothes in the bathroom on the counter, changed in bathroom and put my dirty clothes and pj's in plastic bags to be kept away from everything else. Once home, they promptly went into the wash on hot water - just to safe!!!! I am happy to say I didn't feel anything biting me during the night so hopefully I am in the clear with bugs.

Rude staff from the jump, had issue giving us 2nd key cards… we had 3 guests sharing 2 beds. Asked for 2 extra blankets (1/bed), woman attendant REFUSED. Got bit by a bed bug the same night. Bad vibes all around. Far from downtown. A red roof would have probably been nicer.

Good hotel, friendly staff. Clean room, very clean bathroom. Carpet needs updated. Coffee maker broke in the lobby, but fortunately it is about 100 yards from a Tim Hortons. 15 mins from the airport.

Lady at check in was rude seemed irritated. Gave me room keys in a used sleeve and was upset I asked for a new one. We traveled with large group and rented 4 rooms. They put some upstairs some downstairs (no elevator at this location). 1st room had dirty towels 3/4 rooms had stained top blankets. The roo.s also smelled musty. Despite this we thought we would check out breakfast. Its was ok not the best not the worst. Lady fro. Desk was very attentive to it with refilling but gave our group dirty looks the whole time. Closed it down at 9am.

We didnt have bed bugs and missed that when looking at reviews. Thankfully the best part about the stay was none of our rooms had bed bugs.

Not good. Rude front desk lady. Room not cleaned. No towels in bathroom. TV not working. Breakfast a joke. Nasty. Will not return.

We started staying at Choice Hotels 5 years ago when we retired. This Comfort Inn was very nice, clean and quiet and well maintained. The staff was helpful. The morning breakfast and coffee hit the spot before moving on. We will be staying at another one tonight down the road.
