We had just left a Bands of America contest and we were exhausted. We had rooms reserved. The staff were great, the rooms were really nice and the breakfast was equally good. The only issue was parking. This would not be a problem for regular customers with regular vehicles. This was completely on us. The parking lot is on the smaller side and we had big trucks with big trailers. So we had a hard time getting them in, getting them parked, and worse getting them out. So I only mention this as a caution to others that may be in the same situation. Leaving these vehicles parked somewhere else is not an option due to their contents.
But I would definitely stay here again if we were in smaller vehicles with no trailers. Now if we only had one or two we may still go here. We had seven total vehicles all with trailers. Again, not their fault. Thanks to the staff. Appreciate what you do.

We only stayed one night. Pretty good hotel! The room was clean. There was a strong smell in the room and in the hotel itself. The smell in the room smelled like an old house. The food ran out at breakfast pretty fast so we had to go somewhere else to eat. Service was okay. I would stay again if I had too because it was super convenient and good for the price.

The hotel is nice. I have nothing but admiration for the location and ttwo staff that night. I have this though, make sure this hotel don't charge you for your stay. My reservation, with our dog, came up to 149.00$ but this hotel ran me up charges and i ended up paying 201$ on my account. Twice for pet fees. Please be honest with people because a lot of us worked hard for our money. Not good to lie to people for monetary gain. That's unethical and wrong in many ways.

Positive: The check-in young man was very nice a accommodating by changing our room out so that we would not be on the floor with pets (I have allergies). He didn't think twice after I asked to to moved. Negative: I just wish that it wasn't a "pet-friendly" hotel because it's really a nice hotel. I always wonder about what pets might bring into a hotel after running through the grass etc.

Booked a room here for a surgery I had down the road in the morning. Was woken up at 10:30 PM TO SOMEBODY OPENING OUR DOOR. It was the front desk attendant. Attendant claimed that our phone kept calling the front desk because the emergency button was being pressed so he came to check on us. I looked at the phone and there was NO emergency button and we were asleep so I don’t understand how we possibly could’ve done anything with the phone. Thankfully, we had the door latched so he wasn’t able to open the door all the way. I really wonder what he would’ve done if the door did open all the way. Waking up to a stranger “checking on you” is NOT OKAY. If the attendant was worried about our safety, he should’ve called the police. We were in shock for about 15 minutes. When my husband went downstairs to get a better understanding of what happened, the attendant had clocked out and left WITHOUT telling the new attendant about the accident. All in all, I will never stay in a comfort inn ever again. We didn’t get any sleep after the incident. Got up this morning and asked the new attendant when to call to speak to a manager and she gave me a time. When we called, there was no manager on the clock like she said there would be. Was put on hold and when the person came back to the phone he stated “he talked to the manager” even though we were told there wasn’t one there. Make your safety a priority and do NOT book at this hotel.

Very happy with our stay - the online reservation process was easy, the staff at check-in was polite and patient, the room was perfect for our needs and expectations, and the breakfast selection was seriously fantastic. No, really - it made the stay that much better. Our puppy was welcome (and at a much lower rate than even some of the less expensive hotels nearby - this was one of the deciding factors) and even the outdoor areas of the hotel are pet-friendly. We would gladly stay here again. Thanks to everyone who made our visit such a pleasant one!

Not the best area to stay in first off. I didn’t know that and my wife booked it. I figured what could one night hurt? Well someone maliciously damaged my two month old truck overnight. Hotel employee confirms incident is on security camera. Call police. They aren’t allowed to see footage because manager isn’t present. I’ve spent over two months trying to get someone from the police department to get with the manager but they never call back. No one from the hotel cares and the police certainly don’t care. I’ll never be back to this place ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We only stayed here for a night, but the property and room were very clean. The location was in a very quiet area. I really liked that the room had laminate floors instead of carpet. The staff were very friendly when we checked in and out.
