Front desk service was friendly and efficient. Room is clean. But on paying $170 for a basic room, I would have thought Comfort Inn could spring for one 8 oz complimentary bottle of water in the room.

Should have gone to the other place. Small operation, but includes luxuries… like water.

Good location. Staff was extremely nice. I left my headphones and they notified me and told me to come get it back. It was clean and very professional. Dog fees is 25$ / stay.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel the older man working night shift gave me the worst attitude after trying to get a refund for the wrong night that was booked.He told me to call Priceline to get it canceled so I did. I then tried to explain to him that I called price line to get it canceled and before I could finish my sentence he cut me off and said he wasn’t dealing with it that the day shift will handle it that he wasn’t doing all that tonight. I politely told him I was just trying to get the reservation canceled and it ended up with him yelling telling us he will kick us out after I just paid over $300 !!!!!

Stayed here in August on our way from the Grand Canyon to Roswell. It was easy and convenient to check in and out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included. Everything was good and desk staff friendly.

I checked into our hotel on 07-10-2024 at 11:56 pm, after a long 15 hour drive from Texas. we wanted some please that felt safe and even if it meant driving a few extra hours just to be able to stay here we did. even though this hotel is rated 2 star it was 5 stars to me and my family. check in was fast and smooth and we even woke up late for breakfast but there was still some left and it was warm, the staff never rushed us and even offered their assistance. after 4 hours into our drive back home I noticed and realized I had forgotten my wedding rings so I went ahead and called the hotel and spoke to Justin. Justin confirmed that they had the rings and said I could pick them up or send them a label and they would gladly send them back to me. I did just that the next day and within a week my rings were back with me. I really appreciate the honesty of the staff and their kindness. my room was very clean and there was plenty of hot water. do n to hesitate to stay here, if I happen to be back in the area I will stay here again. thank you everyone here.

We made reservations the day before and called ahead to let them know we wouldn’t be arriving until 2-3 AM while traveling from California to Florida. We asked about late check-in and were told it wasn’t available due to being understaffed. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find an additional $50 charge because we were marked as no-shows, despite our call. The receptionist who checked us in was nice (not the same person we spoke with earlier) and mentioned we could check out later if needed, given the extra charge. It was frustrating arriving at 3 AM with no other options. On the plus side, the location was convenient for getting back on the freeway. I just wish the person on the phone had communicated more clearly. It gave us a bit of a rough start to our long cross country trip for work.
