Shout out to one dang awesome waiter named John (Jonathan). From the time we were seated to walking out the door, you offered amazing customer service, had the whole table laughing, even after we left. Got the 12 oz strip medium rare. Cooked perfectly. Nice thick cut. Definitely worth the money. Loaded baked potato soup is good. Texas roadhouse has slightly better soup. Used curbside pickup. Very easy. Very friendly.

Atmosphere & service 5 stars. Food was average to slightly above average but I am a food person. I asked the server about the chicken fried steak and they went on and on about it. In a steakhouse I expect a hand breaded fresh chicken fried steak and it looked and tasted like a frozen one but it was as good as it could be considering what it was. The service and atmosphere was spectacular!!!

Only because I don't award 5 stars for chain restaurants, I've given coltons a 4 for food and atmosphere but a 5 on service because our waitress was the bomb!! Lakeisha was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We trusted her recommendation, and she was right. All the dishes were fabulous and the prices reasonable considering this economy.

Excellent Family Steakhouse. This restaurant is conveniently located right off the exit for I-40 at Oak Street in Conway, Arkansas. The moment you walk in they greet you and try and seat you quick. We had a large party of 6 and it was no problem. Our waitress was fast and friendly. If you can ask for her area, ask for Sam. She took our drink order and while we looked over the menu we snacked on fresh roasted peanuts. Ordered an appetizer of fried pickles and they were great. Check out my pictures for what everyone had. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. Great tasting food and great service.

Service was fine but the food was disappointing. For this meal to be so expensive, it was a waste. Sirloin tips were supposed to be medium-well but were nasty and charred. Side of mac & cheese was not good and was completely stuck to the plate. Pasta alfredo was just disgusting, flavorless, and left a bad after taste in your mouth. Couldn’t even eat it. Good things I can say about the food: Sirloin was cooked right and enjoyable, and salmon was good. A bit mediocre for the price you’re paying, you might wanna take your money elsewhere.

I had the New York strip, sautéed mushrooms and green beans. That was the tastiest steak dinner I've had in a long time!! The service was awesome and the waitress was great as well. 💯 all the way!!
