Love, love the icecream, i usually go there every week to get icecream. Today i really felt so bad going there as i went little late around 8:45( they close at 9). They had 10 people on the queue, i waited for my turn, by this time i have 10 more behind me and its 8:58. Shakya or sakayla(sorry if i got it wrong) is trying to do everything she can. And this manager comes outside in front of customers and decides to talk so disrespectfully in-front of so many people to her and she is about to cry. Whoever was in the back in kitchen, looks south Asian, mam please stop acting that way in-front of customers, don’t disrespect your workers, be nice and humble and be empathetic,Pleaseeeee!!!! All of them did such a good job today handling the crowd especially while working with such an unprofessional/rude/disrespectful boss or manager.

Sent us the wrong order. Would not do anything to get us OUR order but for us to drive there to get it ourselves. 10 miles away after paying 35$ for it to be delivered. Nothing but kids working at this place. Doesn't deserve 1 star. Terrible customer service!

While the shop was clean and the staff was friendly, multiple staff members stood around before taking my order as I stared at them, it was so long it was akward. When they did take my order, I had to repeat each order multiple times as if they weren't listening. Other than that, good I was pleased with the food, shop and service.

Ordered my daughter a custom birthday cake that was supposed to be customized with her name and have sprinkles and icing around the top (last picture shows and described order) The flavor was ok but cake was rather dry. Would not recommend to others.

This is officially the slowest Coldstone in existence. The employees have zero hustle, we waited in line nearly 45 mine for them to serve 9 people in front of us.

Stopped to get something but the line was 24 deep and not moving. No owner or manager in sight. 3 very hard working girls trying to keep things moving. Cold Stone corporation should take this franchise away from owner. Spend the money and schedule enough people or be there yourself as an owner. Left because it would be an hour before I would have even got to ordered. This is a case where the owner doesn't care about their employees. These 3 employees deserve a raise.
