A rare find of quality over quantity. Forget the 'cookie cutter' coffee shops with employees and managers with little to no skin in the game. This family owned business is bar none.

Keya and his son, have put their heart into creating a one of kind coffee shop with excellent food, service and atmosphere.

As a small business owner, this is my go to for end of year, Christmas gift cards for our clients. We love the fact that we get to support a local business while giving our clients a chance to discover this hidden Tucson classic.

Dishonest pricing and poor customer service. Check your receipts.
Ordered a large Mexican Mocha listed at $6.95. After receiving my order and receipt at the drive through, I noticed an erroneous $7.75 charge - this is the listed x-large price. I walked inside and inquired about the price discrepancy. The first cashier attempted to pull up my transaction and issue a price difference refund of $0.80, however was unable to. She called for assistance and the 2nd young lady informed me the price for my large drink was $7.75 and that both the large and x-large drinks use the same size cup and cost the same. Furthermore, that the menus have not yet been updated.
I informed her that their pricing is not honest or transparent.

Recommend management update their drive through and inside menus to reflect actual cost, or instruct their cashiers how to issue refunds.

Lastly, my Mexican Mocha was weak on the cayenne pepper 🌶 , but that's a story for a chili day.

Stopped in for coffee while visiting from NC and coffee was great. I had the Mexican Mocha and am also happy when I find it at local places. Also got a blueberry muffin and a pumpkin muffin as they are from a local bakery. Both were delicious.

The salmon was excellent!! Shh; I think the dish was special ordered that others in my party knew about since it wasn't the salmon salad. It had a ton of big tasteful mushrooms! We had a very large party in the large private room that overflowed into the main walkway area. The food delivery time was great even with a packed house.

We just had our holiday party here and Jonathan did an amazing job! The food was great all my staff thought so. And the portions were big and I liked that it was affordable. I highly recommend the Bistro.

I absolutely love Coffee X Change! Wonderful coffee, food, and service! They really go out of their way to make you feel at home. I highly recommend the French Connection breakfast and the Cinnamon Oat Crunch espresso! Thank you, Coffee X Change!

I had a truly terrible experience at this coffee shop, primarily due to the owner, Jonathan. Our school often visits to support local businesses, but I will not be returning.

Today, my son’s class went, and as I stepped out of my car, Jonathan started yelling at me about the "no outside drinks" policy. I acknowledged him, but he continued to shout, making a scene in front of everyone. It was incredibly embarrassing and unprofessional, especially as I was holding my baby.

Despite my intention to order, I felt so shaken that I asked my son to take the drink back to the car. Jonathan never apologized or showed any concern for how he treated me. His demeanor was aggressive and unfriendly, which made the experience even worse.

I love supporting local businesses, but I can't support one that treats customers this way. I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting.
