I love supporting this place. I usually only get a brewed coffee and the last few times I have found it really weak. There was a time your brew was strong and flavorful. Your cup lids also have to be carefully checked because a few times they seem to be on tight but then coffee dribbles out the side.
One other minor complaint. Your employees are all very pleasant. But some wear very pungent cloying perfume. Or is it perhaps the soap you are using there is unusually strong? When they handle a cup and lid believe it or not it transfers to the cup. I know, skeptical right? So when I raise it to my lips I get a whiff of the perfume and it isn't a good mix with coffee.
I won't stop buying your coffee but I hope it improves so I can revise this review.

I really enjoyed trying their coffee. I got the eggnog cold brew. I've never had something like that, and I really enjoyed it. It's not my favorite coffee as I have had better, but for the price and the customer service, I would come here again. This is a fun little place to stop by when you are in need of coffee.

8/10, I would recommend trying this place for yourself and enjoying the experience.

Fantastic coffee, good selection, good prices. Lots of food options. Seriously the best coffee shop in Tucson if you actually care about the coffee. Service is always fast and friendly and efficient. Unless you are trying to impress someone with your macbook while you're "writing that book", this is the place to go.

My favorite coffee shop in Tucson. I love sitting in a cafe but honestly this place is so great, I choose to do a drive thru more often than anywhere I can sit down.

That’s because they make quality drinks, their workers are ALL friendly, and it feels good to support local. The lines can sometimes be long but I will always choose to wait versus go to the chain coffee shop directly next door 😉

I love their black iced coffee and their smoothies are amazing as well. Plus they love dogs! Whenever my dogs are with us they give us the cutest pup-cups with milk bone toppers. My dogs love it as much and my husband and I do. Don’t sleep on Coffee Times…they are so good!

Seriously love Coffee Times so much. My go-to coffee place on the weekends. Their oat milk latte is always consistent and fantastic. Staff is always friendly and engaging, and I love all the vegan options, including vegan pastries from Houlden’s.

The coffee addict in me loves that I can get a 32oz iced latte. I’ve lived in southern Arizona my entire life and somehow never made it to this side of town to try coffee times. Been to over 20 local coffee shops and by far I like this one the best. Salted caramel macchiato is never overly milky or ever watered down. It’s always the perfect balance of salty and sweet. I’ve never had anyone be rude, or take very long to be served at the drive through. The drive through can be lengthy at certain times of day and it is located in a very strange direction that can cause confusion or hectic driving conditions in the small plaza, but it’s absolutely worth it in my book. My husband and I drive half an hour to get to this place regularly. They offer a wide range of coffee, tea, protein shakes, and food options.
