Our waitress was nice. We were seated by the bathrooms which by the smell, are having toilet plumbing issues. The smell over powered the food and did not make for an enjoyable experience. Our food (country fried steak, mashed potatoes and peas were okay. Basic iceberg lettuce salad). Perhaps we went on an off day

With a name like “Coffee Cup” I expected great coffee. It was basically brown water. I didn’t drink more than a tiny sip and was still charged for it. We loved the grits, sausage scramble, and Hungry Person breakfast. Mimi, our server, was so warm and friendly! She was doing the work of 2-3 people but kept a smile on her face. Atmosphere was great and it’s close to home for us. We will be back but will unfortunately skip the coffee.

Such a cute little place. I'm glad I got a chance to go while in the area. My boyfriend has grown up going there and he says it's his grandmother's favorite restaurant. The employees are so nice and sweet. The food is very affordable. My boyfriend and ate for 21 dollars and some change (not including tip). It's a cozy and comfortable place with a healthy fixation on Rooster Aesthetic🐓.
I will definitely go there again the next time I'm in the area.

My mom used to take us here when we were kids. I'm pretty sure the dishes are from when the place first opened lol. Definitely gives you that "back in the day" vibe. The food was good and cheap.

Great food, great service. Helped me locate a store nearby when I needed something proprietary to working in the local area.

All and all I can't wait to go back! My waitress was amazing; went above and beyond.

My two conversations with the employees were that they worked there for a good while. I see that as a sign of loyalty and doing right by the employees. I applaud them and will go back.

Enjoyed a nice breakfast at The Coffee Cup this morning. The customer service was terrific and they recommended some good choices for my meal. I ordered grits, buttered toast, hashbrowns, eggs 🍳 , bagel 🥯, and turkey sausage. Will def again to enjoy a hot ☕️ cup of joe!

Just had breakfast here with my husband. It is a nice old school breakfast spot. Many of the customers and staff seem to know one another. I miss these types of places. Prices are reasonable, food came out fast. We decided we will be back. The only thing and just one thing was the coffee, it was light brown water. But other than that, it is cool and feels welcoming!

Have not been there for a while. Great service. Food is so home cooked and fresh. Quality was good. Even took home a dish of old fashioned chipped beef. Just a great comfort food place to eat at! Cute coffee cups!
