I come from east liverpool ohio to get your chicken. Today it was plain a waste of money. Chicken was overcooked, extremely smaller disgustingly dry. I was telling everybody how with the trip for the delicious juicy chicken strips I am here at least 2x a week. No more. Nobody can keep a good thing going and your help back in that dept is rude. The chicken was horrible

Went to in to get a simple 8pc potato wedges, and every time I go there, they always tell me they won't have them till hours later... unreal how they never have any food ready. No one in there seems to care about customer service. They are rude to you when you go up to the machine to order food and will damn near throw the bag at you if by the off chance they have food..

Just emailed the owner's. The Toronto, ohio Coen market is clean on the inside but your outside is disgusting!! Garbage cans full for 2 days. Garbage all over the area!! Looks like a pig stye outside and around the pumps!! I guess nobody checks on anything or your manager isn't doing their job!! Disgusted!!!👎👎👎👎

Very rude . I get that this probably isn’t the easiest job to have but there is no need to treat people so disrespectfully.

Somehow my last review got deleted from like 2 1/2 years ago… assuming it’s because I pointed out racist behavior from the manager… in short. She messaged me on Facebook and accused me of stealing a cup of Ice. I was still asleep in my bed at the time. I had not been in the store in months actually. Come to find out it was another person of color and they also did not steal the ice. The cashier told them not to pay for it …. Because it was a cup of ice….. anyways I will be calling corporate again 🙂 no need to respond.

I used to come to coen every day for plain ice from the machine or water and ice, being only charged up to 45 cents. But now it’s 75 cents and climbing higher and there’s a reason why that is wrong. The water nozzle is connected to the Powerade nozzle and no matter how long you let it run, you get Powerade in the water and it tastes disgusting. I should not be paying 75 cents to a dollar for that whenever I could’ve just paid the extra 50 cents for a complete fountain drink.

Clean, good selection, and clean restrooms. Can ask nothing more from a convenience store gas station.

I will update my rating if they figure out what's going on with gas prices. They advertise a way lower price if you join the club so I joined because saving money driving my truck is a big deal for me. So... It gave me the 30¢ cheaper price the first time I used It but now it won't give me the discount and they are advertising that you get 30¢off per gallon for the first 60 or 90 days of membership false advertising is a serious matter when you play with people's money... So I asked a clerk they told me the pump doesn't recognize the club price sometimes and they can't fix it!!!! Like really wth! Anyways they have. Good slushies and fountain drinks and I am using my club card for things in the store but really only signed up for the gas price. So I'm a little irritated with that. Update they expect you to link your bank account to your coen card to get the gas discount NO THANX pretty bait and switch not to mention I'm down here for work and there isn't Single coen up by me. Clerk said they are mostly in PA

89 octane gas! Called corporate and they hung up on me. Ruined my fuel filter lost over 9 gallons of gas! Lady was rude ! I talked to a parts store that does nothing but fix coen gas issues. He told me they bring him business all the time. The lady was uneducated when it comes to fuel. She thinks all these small engines like boat motors and quads and chainsaws are like cars and they are not! It’s not even worth the one star. I’m done going there. Beware of this company because they don’t value there customers and everyone down at the store knows I get all my gas from there. She told me I got my gas from somewhere else! I will try to contact owner. Will see.
