While there were elements of my unit that were a bit dated (cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms), the unit was nicely appointed, I had two separate private balconies, plenty of space, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen was stocked with all the pans and utensils I needed for cooking. The front office staff, however, is where this place truly shone.
They were polite, professional and very prompt in assisting with anything I needed. The staff truly made me feel like a valued guest. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Flagstaff.

Very good place to stay and have a time. Easy drive to Grand Canyon but also has lots to do on site or in flagstaff. Rooms/building weee not sound proof and could clearly hear our neighbours.

Been there about 2 years ago, and going back in 2 days. The first time has been very good, with plenty of space, your own individual condo/cabin, back porch, fireplace, kitchen, all that good stuff. The location is also amazing, basically giving the feel of a mountain range cabin such as how Aspen CO is. It is also located in Flagstaff,so it's amazing for snow trips. I'll give more details after my stay again!

Stayed four nights and everything was as described. The resort reached out a couple of times prior to the rental. Everyone on the phone and at the front desk was upbeat and professional. The condo was well equipped and very clean. Nothing other than salt and pepper in the cupboard, but that's been typical since Covid. Bring what you need.

Grounds were nice, parking steps from the unit. Very quick to the highway and a short drive to Flagstaff. Didn't have time to use the clubhouse, etc., so no comment there. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are comfortable with plenty of space, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable also, beautiful and quiet area.
Perfect for family trips !!

Would not recommend! One bedroom suite was very loud and you could hear every move of upstairs neighbors. Despite it being pretty and conveniently located I left early because it was not worth not sleeping for a week. If you want quiet do not get the bottom unit.

We traveled in November so it was a little cold. Which we knew it would be. Staff is great and was quick to respond to any needs. Sedona is close and is must see. So we usually drove there as it was a little warmer and great of hiking. Jerome is also a must see.

This was an excellent spot for base camp and exploring Flagstaff and surrounding areas. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the features you'd want for a family. The hot tub was a bonus.
