I have been taking my step children here for over a year we have always had great service and the owner James has always been kind to us, him n my boyfriend always talk and it’s always been a great experience. Well today we took them and the lady that was working was so rude she only gave us part of our order claiming we didn’t order the other part. I don’t usually make these types of reviews and it’s not the business fault.

Pros: Friendly service. The location and space were fine. My kids enjoyed the games.

Cons: The employee was entirely alone on the Saturday afternoon before Christmas.

Drinks were totally subpar. Tapioca was all stuck together. They ran out of tapioca while making our drinks so one of us didn’t get any and had to choose something else. Caramel milk tea tasted like water.

I’m not knocking the employee at all. She was very nice and did her best with what the owner/manager gave her to work with.

It was an unfortunate experience overall and not one I plan to repeat.

First time here. Got strawberry mango blitz. Taste like sparkling strawberry and mango juice. Not that many mango flavor though. I wish they told me it is like sparkling before buying cuz I usually don’t like sparkling drink. But it was pretty good. Don’t expect it like any other bubble teas. It’s different. I understand why they named as Cloud Tea. If you wanna try something different, I recommend here.

Highly recommend this place all boxes check for me!!

The owner was here and he is absolutely amazing. I've been coming here for 2 years and he's been rock solid in everything! I'm never disappointed by what music is on or the decor. AND the drinks are so amazing I always get 2 every time I come! I'll never stop coming here he's the best!

Look, if you love bubble tea or you are intrigued and never experienced it before Cloud Tea is the best. My daughter and son-in-law came home bragging about it so I had to check them out for myself. Now, I’m bragging on them. For those who frequently check out my reviews then my recommendation is to stop by and check them out. The are conveniently located and you’ll see the board with their flavors in my pics. I’m drinking a pineapple with passion fruit and I’ll be back soon because I want to try all of the combinations. I’m sold and you will be too.

Drinks are absolutely amazing and the flavors are perfect. Calm and relaxing to sit in and relax with the deliecious teas. The staff is so nice and chill fantastic costomer service! I will for sure keep coming back! 🙂

My family and I love Cloud tea. It has something for everyone and the staff is great. The watermelon lemonade is my new addiction. The fruity drink brings out my witchy side with a little piece of dry ice. They also offer different levels of sweetness. I high recommend checking them out.
