I have been having meals delivered for about six months. At first I could choose my seven entres, snacks, dairy and everything. The food was supposed to be so much better. Well now I get to choose nothin, I get what they send and the food is absolutely terrible. All I can say is you won't be in business much longer

Originally this was a great and valuable service to me but over the last couple of months that has drastically changed. I'm disabled and very ill. Quite often I am bedridden. My bedroom is at the back of the house and it takes me 4-5 minutes to get to the front door. Due to policy changes they no longer leave my food on the porch if I can't get down the hall in time. My daughter has tried to help meet the delivery person but has missed them as well. They gave me a specific delivery time which would have helped because I could have waited on my porch but the driver doesn't show up at this time. Sometimes well before, sometimes hours later. I have not received any food from them a total of 6 times now. It's very frustrating and causes me so much stress. I'm just trying to eat here. They are not very friendly when you call anymore either.

Delivered there. Not as bad as I feared. Have to back in off Symmes Rd. But it’s a wide street and there’s a driveway across (not shown on Google Maps), that helps . Just go for it.. block traffic for a minute or two. They’ll get over it!😂 They were friendly and fast.

As a caregiver for my elderly Mother who still lives alone, I have nothing but good to say about this company. Her meals are always delivered by very friendly employees and are better than any frozen meals she could buy in the store. I would definately recomment this company.

Ever been to the circus?!? 🥳 Can be a lot of fun, great snacks and always something to see. Pay could be a bit better but overall, not too shabby.
