This was 1 of the worst experiences I've encountered. For starters, my room had an odor, although it "appeared to be in good condition. I went to the Fitness Center to use the treadmill. There were no towels, no wipes for the machines, no water in the machine, & no sanitizer in the dispenser. I went back to my room to shower. The shower was backed up and had water collecting at the bottom of it (hair came out of the drain). I finally just laid down and passed out from a 15hr drive. I woke up and went to breakfast. The syrup had a sour after taste, the sausage wasn't cooked thoroughly, and the cereal was stale. I decided to go back to my room. I grab a pillow that I didn't use to sleep on, only to find dried up blood on both sides. I called the front desk to ask for a late checkout and was told I couldn't. So, overall, this just wasn't a good visit. Upon checking out, the attendant didn't even bother to ask how my stay was. This encounter would have me not recommend this business to others. Sad thing is it's in my own city. I just wanted to stay here and get away from home on my last day of vacation. And this was my encounter. I am truly speechless.....

Disappointing Experience Due to Bed Bugs

As a frequent traveler, I value cleanliness and comfort when choosing accommodations. Unfortunately, my recent stay at Clarion Pointe in Columbus GA fell short of expectations. Having already settled into the room, I discovered a bed bug around 3AM, which significantly marred my experience. This issue not only disrupted my family and I’s stay but also raised concerns about the hotel's hygiene standards. Despite the prompt response from the staff in offering to relocate my family and I to another room (stayed for only 1 night), the incident left a lasting impression. I hope the management takes proactive measures to prevent such occurrences in the future, ensuring a more pleasant stay for all guests.

Positive: The location Negative: It was roaches, the pool didn?t look very pleasing, the door didn?t close correctly, the bathroom sink drained slow, McDonald?s cup was left in the room.

Positive: The hotel location . It?s walking distance to the movie theater, target and other stores and restaurants. Negative: It?s run down. Our room had a water leak from the air conditioner. The door was off track for the closet.The tub had stains. The bathroom door was chipped. The tv is static on some channels.

Ok! I wasn’t sure how this room will do. But honestly it wasn’t bad at all. Rooms were spacious and 90% clean. Yes it’s not the best room and not best clean bathroom but I guess you get what you paid. Overall nice

Great front desk staff! Let me check in early and the facility is clean and up to date. I'd stay here again. I still don't know why the pool is indoor. This is Georgia not Wyoming

Stay away from this place. We evacuated from hurricane Milton and picking this place was a big mistake. We told them we had bedbugs and they said we don’t have bedbugs here then I showed the the picture and they didn’t do nothing about it. Anyone who give this place more than one star is full of it. The breakfast was terrible ended up going out to eat

While checking in, kids were getting out of the pool running around the lobby. The floor was very wet. While trying to get to my room via elevator, at least 10 kids were in the hallway, soaking wet with birthday cake in the hands. Apparently, someone rented a room to have a birthday party.
