Positive: The pool was heated which was actually warm enough for the kids to go in. That doesn?t usually happen. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and free breakfast was good. Negative: It?s on a one way street and was somewhat difficult to navigate.

Overall great place for the location and price. Rooms have been updated. New flooring throughout. Bed was comfortable. Heater worked great to maintain temperature. Bedding was warm - not too light and not too thick. Hot water was quick for the shower. The gym is old with old equipment but available for use. The staff was friendly and easy going. Breakfast was typical but pleasant to have as included. Staff was quick to replenish and accommodate. Overall property was older with updates.

This hotel is really nice for the price. The parking lot is gated, so no one can enter without the code, and they have secured access to everything. We arrived a little past midnight, so they extended our checkout time to 12 instead of 11.

It's cheaper than other area hotels but you get what you pay for. My family was in town for a funeral so they gave a small discount for that which was nice. When we arrived we went to our room and my husband used the restroom he noticed there was a dried blood smear on the toilet seat from what looks like someone was on their menstrual cycle. Having two young children, we told the desk and they moved us to a balcony room upstairs. It didn't have blood smears, so that was good. But there was hair sticking out of the hair dryer and stuck to the provided bottles of shampoo and conditioner stuck to the wall and something green on the front of the faucet. I advise turning on the room fan to drown out traffic noise or bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

We opted to just roll with it since it was only for 2 nights and other family was staying in the same hotel. But now we know better for next time.

I utilize this hotel at least every other week. Me and my small family always feel really comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The pool is always a great way to let the kid get some energy out. I want to thank staff for always making us feel welcome and I have never had one complaint in all my time staying there.

Our check-in experience was excellent. It took less than 5 minutes to check-in, receive our key and get directions to our room and parking. Breakfast the next morning was good, too!

Was in the king suite with a whirlpool tub. The tub was clean, had towels/side table and filled quickly. Also, the tub in the bathroom was a wide oval shape which was cool to see.
Getting to the office is a little annoying if you're coming in from the south. It is great there is a gated parking lot though. The prices are reasonable and the lobby is full of interesting things to look at.
The pool was heated and there were plenty of towels available as well as an ADA seat lift.

Single worst hotel stay, and I have been in some horrible hotels.
The staff was excellent. The gated parking I appreciate.
But some stupid bean counter somewhere decided that synthetic sheets would save money. So it is 1 am and I am sweaty and itchy instead of asleep.
Bad choice.
Edit: let's add food on the floor at breakfast. Not good
