Not even deserving of one star. Husband has been waiting in line for an hour to check in. I walked in to lobby with our daughter to a line 10 people long, my husband finally at the counter and a man talking loudly on speaker phone irritated to someone: Definitely felt very chaotic and felt slightly unsafe and sketchy. Man behind the desk managing best he could but not enough help. He finally gave us a key. Upon going to the room, first we went to the room we found trash bags sitting in the hallway then when we got to the door we heard a television on. Walked in and covered were down - seemed like someone had just left the room he gave us within minutes of our arrival. I’ve never in 50 years seen a hotel so poorly managed. Poor Allen at the front desk was overwhelmed and understaffed, but extremely gracious and helpful ans possible and did everything he could do to. We were eventually given a cleanish room, but now we’ve lost an hour+ of sleep when my daughter is due to dance very early in the morning. To top it all off my husband got stuck in the bathroom with a broken doorknob that wouldn’t catch the latch and the only way we could figure out how to get him out was to call the fire department. It took 3 firemen and my husband 15 minutes to wedge the doorknob off so he could get out. Unbelievable!

Currently in a room here. I didn't book for here, I booked for econolodge but they were moving ppl over from there to clarion. Once again, the elevator still doesn't work and I'm on the 4th floor. Having to drag my suitcase up 4 flights of stairs really sucks especially when I'm on permanent weight restrictions and can't carry the luggage. The room wasn't even fully cleaned when I got here. The bed wasn't made and a few hand towels left out on the counter. I took pictures when I walked in. I booked for 2 nights but I think I'm leaving tomorrow

EDIT TO ADD: I never stayed another night, in fact I checked out early the next morning. Still no working elevator when I left. Because of the fact that I booked with econolodge and it wasn't available when I got there, I requested a charge back from my back for the following reasons as well: no working elevator and being on the 4th floor and having permanent weight lifting restrictions which caused me to drag a heavy suitcase up stairs and back down, the dirty bedroom, and not being able to reach the manager via phone even though I've called twice and left messages with the receptionist for the manager to call me since I left. Best choice did tell me they would follow up to make sure the elevator is fixed and they gave me points for the unsatisfactory experience and said refunds can only be done via the hotel

Bed bugs on the floor, walls, bedding and bathtub. Mold on the room and cobwebs on the walls. We ordered and paid for two queen beds well in advance and we were told that only a king bed with a sofa bed were available. The sofa bed had no linens on it. The arms of the sofa were black. It took almost one hour to get checked in at the front desk. The staff at the front desk seemed apathetic and overwhelmed. There was a long line of people waiting to be checked in at 10:30 at night. There were pubic hairs in the king bed linens. Wall paper was peeling, cigarette burns on bedding, ripped curtains and sticky surfaces. The carpet looked as if had not been vacuumed for quite some time.

I spent over an hour waiting in the hotel lobby to check in. No one from the hotel staff ever apologized for the inconvenience to any of the 20 something people waiting with me either. As I watched guest after guest bring their keys back and said someone was already in the room, I decided the location was unsafe for my 14 year old daughter and I to stay there and we left. I called back to the location to cancel my reservation and no one offered any apology or compensation for my experience. I asked for a refund , no refund was issued. I’ve left a message for the hotel management to call me but I’m not holding my breath. The concern I’ve already been shown does not give me faith that they will follow through at all. I’m disappointed in the professionalism of this Clarion hotel as well as the hotel chain in general.

The front dest guy Allen was really helpful he was trying his best and the manager was really rude twords him. Our room was mostly clean except for one bed was used but we got new bedding and made it ourself. Other people were showing videos of the rooms they got were really dirty food, clothes, and trash everywhere I feel the cleaners need to do there job. The guy at the front desk, Allen needs a raise he was verry kind.

Booked through a third party, we I arrived I was told there was no rooms available. The lady at the front desk kept answering the phone instead of helping the customers. I asked her to cancel the reservation. She told me not to tell the booking company that there were no rooms available and to tell them that I had a family emergency instead. I got in contact with the booking company and they have not been able to get in contact with the hotel so they can issue me a refund.

My wife had an appointment st the Tulsa Cancer Hospital. We booked here Monday Night. We checked in at 830 pm went to Waffle House got back to hotel at roughly 930 pm and the hallway smelled lime smoke but the bigger issues were the room had roaches crawling throughout it. And it was filthy. We left before 10pm. And we are still waiting for a refund. Young lady at desk was helpful and understanding when we were leaving however they won't answer phones now to provide our refund.

A solid full star review. I really have nothing to complain about or suggestions for improvement. The ladies at the front desk were amazing, helpful, quick, and professional.
Room was clean as a whistle.
The hotel was in a quiet area and although we were on the main floor, we had a super quiet night.
Would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again.
