We stayed in #208. Unit was large, beds were comfy. Unit was very clean. View was breathtaking. There's not a better place to see a sunrise. Music right under this unit in Mexican restaurant was loud but they turned it down on request. Tenant above our unit walked around late at night. Restaurants food was outstanding. Would definitely stay again, but will request third floor. Walking to eat was awesome. Area activities were great, especially Cathedral Caverns. Views from state park were breathtaking as well. Taking our 2 chihuahuas was a plus. Overall, a great vacation.

Perfect location overlooking the river with docking privileges during your stay for guests that have a boat. Great restaurants at, and nearby. The rooms are nice, large and with full kitchen amenities, but..I've never stayed at a place that requires you to wash the linen yourself upon checkout or there is a fee...?
Though, we will be back.

Great location and views. The room was comparable to a condo, and overall, it was nice. It needed a few minor things repaired that didn't cause any real concerns.
However, the bed frame had collapsed at the head of the bed and was very noticeable even with the bed made. While not a major repair, it should have been repaired before someone else used the room.
Housekeeping also started knocking on the door 2 hours before check out.
In the office, the woman at the front was nice, but the other woman, maybe the manager, just seemed to be bothered that someone came in the office.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it.

This was our third stay at City Harbor Suites. The location is fantastic with very good restaurants and interesting shops within walking distance.
Sitting on the balcony in the morning, especially watching the sun come up, is fantastic.
The management is very responsive to any problems.
Our only issue is that the soundproofing is not too good and it is easy to hear the party going on in the suite above on the next floor. Also, would like a few more hangers in the closet.
Overall, a great experience and location and we will be back.

Can't say enough good things about City Harbor Suites. Waterfront location in the heart of all the new restaurants and shops at City Harbor. Plus downtown Guntersville is basically within walking distance. The suite was clean and spacious and the check-in/check-out process couldn't have been any easier. So much more comfortable than staying in a hotel and you can't beat the price for two bedrooms/baths. Looking forward to going back soon!

It was such a beautiful condo and a beautiful view. The location is wonderful with all of the restaurants at City Harbor. Levi’s had live music every night. Downtown Guntersville is walking distance from City Harbor and has some wonderful restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay to celebrate my birthday! Loved the rooms by the water with view of sunrises and the moon at night! Most of the restaurants were closed nearby on a Monday. Unfortunate. A few repair notes. The bathroom door nearest water would not close properly. The back sliding door won’t lock either. Room 208. The rooms really had everything and were super comfy! Awesome boardwalk!

We had never stayed here before, but I heard through locals that this was the best place to stay.

We had a company event for 30 people and since there were two rooms per Suite we could double up in the rooms.

Our customers were blown away with how nice the rooms were compared to a normal hotel and the views off the balcony were beautiful.

The location was perfect because Food and entertainment was right there and no one had to drive.
