This is a great little hidden gem. The owners are awesome people and they care about their occupants and listen to their feedback. TheThey are doing some remodeling bit even now the rooms are cozy and the linen and towels are clean. Their staff is friendly and prompt. This has become our little temporary home. It far surpasses any extended stay we have stayed at.

horrible location and dirty rooms/ environment but the guy who helped us at the front was nice. we checked in saw our room and requested a refund and he didn’t question it. i think he lives there as i seen him go in and out of the same room a few times but was a nice gentleman.

I love this place everyone is so sweet, there no roaches . They work with you. I have stayed many places in phx and I hope I never have to leave this one . I am just blown away but how compassionate these people are . This is the place to be if your coming to PHX or looking for a semi temporary home .

Wow. For the price, and considering this was a motel, I'm shocked. Great service, staff was attentive and kind. My room was clean, bed was comfortable, and I was extremely satisfied with my visit. If you aren't looking to break the bank, this a great place to consider.

Great hotel with amenities close by, $75 per night before tax. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and check in/ check out was easy. Friendly service with quick response time.

I was plesently surprised that it was decent and clean and the bed was nice and firm but comfortable (the way i like it). I would recommend to upgrade: the keycards weren't the cleanest (which made me suspicious of the place but the room was clean), and the complimentry soap got dirt off but not oils very well (like makeup). Other than that everything was comfortable. Its like spending the night at a relatives house.
