Walked in trying to get to work on time NaNa was on the phone so I went to look around the store to get an energy drink to give her time to end it but I got some stuff and through my entire transaction she was on the phone non work related. Even interrupted me mid transaction to respond to her convo. I understand having to reply to a text or telling someone you have to call them back because you have work to do but this is ridiculous. Please reeducation or retrain

The cashier was carding me for buying a lottery ticket I don't think that's right because the only rule there is is make sure you're over 21 I am over 61 why are they carding me to buy a lottery ticket that's ridiculous! I think they're just being racial! This was the circle k on Jimmy Kerr across from Big Ham tire shop.

5 stars for customer service! The girls are alwas great!! Occasionally I'll go in there and there is a little bald old man in there and the line is very long and I see him just doing nothing instead of helping the girls out with the line to make it go down.

And I know you have no control over this but almost every other time that I go somebody is outside asking for money. Which I don't like it sometimes scary.

This store is completely ready for a makeover like the other Circle K's in town. I used to go every morning but I now go a couple of miles out of my way to a cleaner store or qt where I'm not being harassed for money.

Apparently, gas stations don't believe in having public restrooms anymore, at least this one, with it's measly two gas pumps. Cool! Places like this need to start losing business. I get that some people defile bathrooms, but many don't, and when a dad runs in with his toddler and you won't let him take his child to the bathroom...smh. I bet the only reason there are no bathrooms for customers is due to the homeless folks here in Casa Grande. Again, smh.

I been a customer to this store for 3 years. And today having a bad day. I waited in line off to the side. Try to give the cashier my dollar for my drink (amy was the cashier). Was told i had to goto back of line because i waited on the side. And i left mad amd upset because of already having a bad day then dealing with bad customer service. Left in not a nice away im sorry for that but went back later on to find out i was ban from the store.

Super rude employee by the name of Shereda told me my license is expired, it doesn’t expire till after the year 2050. After her manager said it was fine she looked me in the eyes and told me she wouldn’t sell me cigarettes next time. I have a completely valid license that scans everywhere else. It’s embarrassing to have an employee yell about me not having a license when I do and it’s valid. Obviously they need better training/employees. I called corporate but doubt I’ll ever even hear back. Guess I’ll need a new morning stop omw to work.

We were just passing through on the way to Tucson, it says open 24 hours but the doors were locked, an employee could be seen inside but wouldn’t open the door. Apparently this happens a lot, I guess it is from labor shortages, thanks a lot Biden.
