Clean and modern theater. There is an arcade that needs a preloaded card to play. Nice lounge chairs, great sound and big screen. Food was good. I liked the artwork as well. Came on Halloween and my son was greeted with candy by the attendant. Thank you, Cinemark Valley View.

Ah, young padawan, listen well to the wisdom of a Jedi Master. The Cinemark Valley View and XD—strong with the Force, this theater is.

Spacious and most comfortable, the loungers are, as if resting upon the clouds of Bespin. A fine sanctuary for weary travelers seeking escape into the worlds beyond.

The XD 3D theater—truly a marvel. Clarity as sharp as a lightsaber’s edge, depth so immersive one feels as though stepping into the very stars themselves. The experience? Most impressive. The sound? Powerful, like the engines of a starfighter soaring through the galaxy.

A fine place for cinema, indeed. Worthy of a Jedi’s approval, it is. Strong with the ways of storytelling, this theater remains. Go, you must, and enjoy the journey.

I haven't been to a movie theater in many years. This one had stadium seating with reclining chairs. Overall, the theater was clean, and the bathrooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. Visited for the opening of Wicked and the theater was decorated.

It is so beautiful & clean in there now it looks different from at least 10 years ago when I was last there. They even got recliners that go back so you can relax.. I also have a good idea for them, all the land that they have surrounding the Cinemark building they should build a drive-in in the back of it for the summer months., hopefully they'll get this idea one day some kind of way.

Great movie theater! Employees are very friendly, courteous & helpful. Lovely, clean facilities. Fantastic offerings. Prices are very reasonable & THOSE SEATS!! So VERY INVITING & COMFORTABLE!!! Great cinema for larger groups, the place is always clean and organized. The seating is super comfortable and there is never a delay in getting the tickets, grabbing food and beverages and being seated. We always have enjoyed our time watching new movies at this cinema. This is a great spot for families as well. Definitely recommend this for bigger gathering and groups.

Clean movie theater with a very polite staff both at the ticket window and the concession stand. The seats are comfortable and any location provides a good view of the screen

During my last visit, my film was interrupted with about 30 minutes remaining due to a fellow guest having a medical emergency. The theater chose to not show the end of the movie and instead give a refund to all guests. The correct course of action would have been to show the rest of the movie after the medical emergency was properly attended to, and to delay the next showing if necessary. Many people plan their entire afternoon around seeing a movie.

This is the largest cinema theatre in Cleveland. Has more than 25-28 screens. Love their seats and range of food you get there. I love their popcorn.
