I don't normally eat inside of chilis. When I do it's always a great experience. I'll speak more on online order and pick up. A couple times I've had missing items but never leave without checking so I always get my items even if I need to request it. I also like to try new items and the most recent was the potato soup. Phenomenal, tried the watermelon lemonade, Phenomenal. I'm almost convinced there isn't on item on the menu our family wouldn't enjoy. Definitely one of my few favorite restaurants.

Service here is especially great, they use tablets to take orders so we got our drinks a minute after telling the server, before she even left our table! They also have the Presto table devices so you don't have to wait to pay/get refills/order more food. Food is usually great most of the time I go here but on this specific occasion the burgers didn't have sauce? This wasn't the case on prior visits so don't let that discourage you. The atmosphere is fun, it's usually busy but not noisy still.

We got Great Service. Our Server was Professional, Knowledgeable, and a Great Embassador for Chili's restaurant. Food was Delicious. Food Presentation was Awesome. Chili's is a Wonderful restaurant. Thank you. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

30 min wait to be seated with 30% of the tables clean and empty because the kitchen (dishwasher) is backed up?!?! The hostess even checked with the bartender on this and he doubled down. Customers were walking away instead of standing in line...yes, standing. This is intentionally driving away business during dinner time.

When the silverware came out it was filthy and still had the last persons food on several pieces. This is when we escalated to the manager.

No comp as asked for or given, we paid full price. Food was below average at best. I've had good experiences at chili's, but this location wasn't offering that kind of service.

On a positive note, the waitress was a sweetheart and genuinely on-point. She knew things were not right, but out of her hands. The manager was very kind also.

Stopped in for a late lunch with my mother. The food was absolutely excellent. We both had the honey chipotle chicken crispers and could not believe how juicy and tender the chicken was. 10/10.

Every time I come here I have a great experience . My Bartenders are always fast and super attentive. My ultimate favorite place to come for food and drinks. Great price and always hits the spot.

Ordered Cajun pasta with chicken. Absolutely NOTHING Cajun about this dish. The little bit of chicken that I could find was under cooked. Whole lot of penne pasta with unseasoned Alfredo sauce. Garlic bread wrapped In aluminum foil slapped on top of the food. I wonder how many hands touched that aluminum foil before putting it on top of the food? Hey Chili’s, I really hope you value customer feedback because I will not order food from you again and will tell everyone I know do not bother, you’re risking your life! Money wasted food in the trash, lesson learned.
