The Chicory Inn and Orchard has become our go-to place to stay in the area. The innkeeper is warm, welcoming, and understanding, the rooms are clean and nicely decorated, oh, and the breakfast – more on the breakfast later!

My wife and I were traveling for business. I am an antiques dealer and take work to the area. We had car trouble on the way down. The innkeeper was beyond understanding in accommodating our needs. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the furnishings are lovely.

If breakfast is an option for your stay, do not miss it! Her collection of well-maintained antique cast iron cookware betrays her culinary talent. You will not find a healthier, fresher, or more delicious meal around.

Charleen has created a wonderfully relaxing and cozy B&B on her beautiful land in the Appalachias. My room was decorated with lovely antiques, and we'll appointed with a nice fridge and flat screen tv.

She has cozy yet spacious seating areas inside, and outside with views of her plentiful orchard.
