Good food, clean restaurant, friendly staff. Great spot for a quick lunch.
It is counter service to order and they bring the food to your table.
I avoided trying it for a long time, as I don't care for chicken salad but I decided to try it and found other options. The soup is really good too.

Let me say I’m not a huge chicken salad person but this was definitely a great impression on me. The person at the counter was super helpful and friendly and gave me great recommendations on what to order. I not a fan of celery and unfortunately their base chicken salad that is the main ingredient has celery in it. I had the buffalo sandwich and couldn’t taste any celery and quite enjoyed the meal. I can see why people are such big fans of the franchise and the food!

First time visit to a chicken salad chick location. Overall it was better than I was expecting. The inside of the restaurant was clean and inviting, there was plenty of staff in the store the day we visited and we enjoyed our food overall. I was expecting the lemon chicken salad to be brighter and more lemony but it was still good. The bill was $40 including sales tax for three people.

I didn't become a chicken salad fan until just recently and I'm very picky about the kind of chicken salad I will eat. It can't have huge chunks of onion, celery, or any other ingredients that people like to add to chicken salad. You can't go wrong with Chicken Salad Chick!!! With such a variety of flavors they have a chicken salad for EVERYONE that likes chicken salad! I also had the broccoli cheddar soup and it was as amazing as my chicken salad sandwich. I went with the Barbie-Q chicken salad, and if your a BBQ sauce fan, you'll love this particular kind! The manager even came to ask how I liked it once I told her that was my first time eating there!

I love this place and eat there on a regular basis. It is not cheap, so I always expect good quality. Today I got a side of grapes salad with my food. Well, I paid for an extra side. My small cup of grape salad had four rotten grapes in it. That shouldn’t happen.

I have never been here before and came here with family, and it was the most outstanding food. McKenna the manager was so friendly and positive The strawberry lemonade was the best as were any of the chicken salad, croissants and grape salad and broccoli salad. I will be back here again and again

I bought the Jalapeno Holly and the Olivia's Old South small containers. I ate some that night and took some with me the next morning on my kayak run up Fish River from Boone's Landing. Delicious!

All the sandwiches our family got tasted like it had been in the refrigerator for 3 days....maybe warm pressing the sandwich would've helped....lack of flavor in the sides too. Had high hopes but very disappointed...would not recommend
