Just wanted to play 1 game took 45 mins to find someone to help me. Ive never had to show id bfor but its whatever i get it. Guess since ive gotta go to my car to get it guess ill just leave. Never found the game i wanted to play. Too big too few actual workers since i don't come often i got lost noone anywhere to help. Just an annoying experience to try to give away money should be wayy easier than this..lol

We return to NW Arkansas at least every month to month & a half because we have family here and are invested in a business in Springdale. Because we always come in our RV (compact self contained) we decided to park at this casino due to the amenities offered and we’ve stayed in the rooms before w/ no issues. Long story short we were asked to leave the property by management because we were in an RV. This casino has NO RV park or facilities, and admitted they did not. So like other RV’s seen there we parked out away from main, close parking. We were clean, quiet, no trash or dumping done. We ate in their food court & played heavily in the casino every night for a week & according to management it made no difference. We are leaving this review because we want other RV’ers to be aware this casino is not RV friendly at all.

Location is adequate and rooms are actually very good in terms of quality. Unfortunately, the service levels are FAR below standard and degrade reviews for the property as a whole. My first visit and will not return based solely on quality of service. Property is severely understaffed and existing staff lack the customer service skills to manage even basic customer expectations. A 20-minute wait for two bottled beers is not acceptable. A 45-minute wait for a basic cocktail order, only to be asked “WTH is a Tom Collins?” Save your money and pass this place by.

TL;DR: Cherokee Hotel and Casino is a fantastic stop with reasonable prices, great rooms, entertainment, and food all in one place. Highly recommend!

I decided to treat myself while passing through and stayed at this casino, and it was a great choice! The price was very reasonable, and I loved having entertainment and dining options just steps away from my room.

The staff was absolutely wonderful—so welcoming and attentive. My room was amazing, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after some time enjoying the casino. Overall, it was a fantastic stop, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun and convenient place to stay.

I haven't stayed in one of the rooms but it made me add stars so I'll shut for the middle judging by the rest of the establishment everything would be super nice though. The casino is nice clean and the staff are super friendly games or overall I would say and probably the top 95% workable which is big for a casino in my books. Do recommend

Doesn't even deserve the one star. Drove 4 hours, purchased a room for a horrible experience! They tell us to go to get services to receive your free $15 play only to receive that and a mood damper and a buzz kill after purchasing a drink and then experiencing issues trying to use the $15. I went to player services to report my issues only for them to just accept my card back without even offering as much as an apology. We will never return! Search a waste of our time and money! Yes, I also inserted additional cash that I brought to play with! The difficulty to use the card that they glorified and had us extremely excited only killed our mood. Completely disappointed! My worst casino experience ever!

We stayed 2 nights. the room was clean and welcoming. The food court had a great variety of choices. My only reason for giving four stars on service is that they didn't offer room service. Other than that it was a great stay and fun games.

The rooms are clean, the service was fine, but the location is not ideal. The restaurant in the hotel is good, but the smell of smoke makes it difficult to enjoy.
