I contacted this company to caterer my small last minute wedding reception. Our wedding date was about a month and half later and they said they could do it. We were quoted a little under $22 per person for a simple drop off service with five courses, not desert and no drinks. It often took days for Jeanette the only person I was able to get in touch with at the company to email me back since they never answer their phone. I would ask questions and it would often take up to 3 days to get an answer and often only half my questions were answered. My wedding is the first Saturday in January and I first contacted them in late November. I had a quote and a meal plan set up before Christmas but I had to cancel a few people people about a week and half before the event. I had previously asked Jeanette if that would be a problem but never received and answer. When I asked for a new quote for 29 rather then 32 people I was told that it would cost more though this was several days later. I asked for the quote again after reminding Jeanette that she had failed to provide this information weeks before. She then proceeded to say that they were booked up for the day of my event. This was about a week and half before my wedding and the day after Christmas. She said she would contact me if they had any cancellations. We found another company that would give us what we wanted for a 3rd of the price. This company has bad customer service and should have said that they could not do something at such short notice if they were unwilling to be flexible about such a small event.

ey are on top of things from setting up to serving to taking down.

Food is awesome!!!!! Always hot, fresh and great seasoning. I have tried several dishes and never have been disappointed.
