It was my birthday trip. I reserved a spa loft. I was given the wrong room key at check-in. I was overcharged for one movie that I ordered. Upon reservation, I asked for a male massage therapist for me and a female massage therapist for my partner. We were both provided male massage therapists. Rodney was great for me but my partner did not like Derrick’s technique. Paddy’s Pub was great. The ambience was great. The staff were great. The food was great. We ordered in room dining for breakfast and the sausage and pancakes that we ordered were not good at all. The takeaway from this trip was it is overpriced because it is a resort. They are skimping on quality.

Upon arrival, everything was very nice, the valet staff were pleasant and check-in was great.
While deciding on the first restaurant to visit, I noticed that there weren’t many food options available, and the drinks were expensive, but I was on vacation so…
During the second day of my stay, I noticed a pair of black shoes underneath the foot of the bed. This leads me to believe that the room had not been properly cleaned.
Before checking out, I reviewed my receipt and noticed that I was charged double for a single wine tasting. I went to the front desk and the attendant had no clue as to how to remove the charge. She called for assistance 3 times and nobody came. I was pressed for time and there was another person behind me so I said that I’d call the next day to have it resolved. I’ve been calling the accounting department for a week and keep getting sent to a voicemail. I’ve left messages and have yet to receive a call back.

Maddie helped me book a "curated experience" for my niece & her husband for their wedding night/weekend stay. I travel a lot for business and book a lot of trips, and Maddie is, by far the BEST I've ever worked with. She offered suggestions for the itinerary when I was uncertain how & when to schedule activities, dining, and Spa treatments for the wedding couple. She was incredibly patient with me while we discussed all the option over the phone. She made sure my every concern was addressed and handles everything with the utmost care. Truly excellent customer care & top-notch professionalism ! I literally cannot say enough good things about Maddie!

Very nice hotel. The grounds were magnificent. I was there on a business trip. Not a lot of value here. Restaurant (Versailles) was poor. Almost three hour dinner. Food wasn't good. Didn't want to send it back, because we didn't want to wait longer. The restaurant at the golf course was better. Bars close too early. Probably better off staying at the Hampton Inn, which is on property.

Wonderful experience. Did not stay overnight so have no comments on rooms. Facilities are immaculate. Staff is welcoming. Massage session wonderful and I wish I had my masseuse name. Jacuzzi is nice though there is only 1. The outside grounds were nice and the hammock comfortable.

This winery is in a beautiful location with amazing views, and the service is top-notch. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even better. The vineyards are stunning, and the wine tastings are definitely worth it.

That being said, the rooms could use some updating. They’re clean but feel a bit outdated, and for the price, they don’t quite match the value. If you’re thinking about staying overnight, you might want to reconsider. A better plan if you leave in the city of Atlanta is to split an Uber with some friends, head up in the morning, enjoy the winery, do a tasting (or two), and soak in the scenery. Then, after a fantastic day, take an Uber back home and save money by skipping the overnight stay.

Overall, it’s a great place to visit—just better as a day trip rather than a full weekend getaway.

This place was absolutely amazing. From the spa to the wine tasting with Matias ( who was ABSOLUTELY FREEKING AWESOME by the way)...this place was beautiful in every way. I will definitely be back. This experience has made my mom, sister, and I, long time fans.

Nice corner suite. This room had a lot of space and it was very clean. Great food. Loved the breakfast buffet. And the wine tasting. Friendly staff. Shout out to Lonnie. The spa was amazing. Received an excellent deep pressure massage there. Men went golfing. Will be returning.
