They advertise as room and suites. The suites are just family rooms. Our room, which was not a family room, was very large but so unappealing we checked out after five minutes even though it meant forfeiting our payment for one night. The room was extremely large but totally lacking in ambiance. There was one queen size bed, one small chair and a small table with a coffee maker and two paper cups. The door opened onto a stairway going to the second floor and the window looked at an asphalt parking lot. The window at the far end of the room faced a brick wall about 10 feet away. The floor was vynyl planking and there were no area rugs. The room had the feel of a '60s era motel six. We found another hotel with rooms and suites, were given a nice suite with carpet, comfortable seating and a nice bathroom for less money. It is the first time we have regretted prepaying a no refund price.

Acts like a Fancy hotel. Definitely not. Cold laminated floor. No ice, said they had complementary ice in freezer. Its 2 plastic ice trays. No fan in bathroom. Paint over old walls. Tried to take a shower, had to pull out drain, was full of hair, tub was filling with water, hot n cold nobs are switched and the faucets dont work correctly, almost burned myself. Luckily I adjust temp before I get in. Very clean though. Nice size TV. Bed was comfortable. Staff was a cold as the room. No coffee in lobby. No amenities at all. No pop machine, no snacks. The Waffle house next door is Great tho.

The evening, young female, receptionist wasn’t as attentive as the male daytime receptionist. We were unable to get into our room with the code we were given, and she gave her attention to newcomers in lieu of us, despite it being very cold for us outside, and despite the newcomer arriving to the service desk later than us. Later on in the evening, I returned to the desk to request some coffee creamer, and coffee, to brew in our room. Again, she had us wait, stating she was waiting for a phone call. I sat and waited for a few minutes; she never received or made a phone call. As I was readying myself to leave without it, she went to the back and gathered me a couple of coffee keurig cups. I asked her if I could please have a few packages of coffee creamer as well, and she went to the back an additional time to collect me (2) packages of creamer. Her service just wasn’t the best, and rubbed me the wrong way.

Aside from those two problematic instances, the stay was wonderful. The room was very spacious and clean. There were wonderful, mindful, add-ons that amplified the experience: pots and pans, utensils, plates, cups, and silverware. The towels were quality, as well as the shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and paper products. They even had a stovetop range, microwave, and can opener. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent—everyone was so friendly and attentive. The rooms are very large and spacious, with 24-hour security, especially attentive during the night, which made me feel very safe. The hotel has been recently remodeled, so everything feels fresh and is kept incredibly clean.

I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite with a kitchen since they were fully booked that night, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’m very happy with my stay, and I would definitely come back again!

We booked this hotel expecting a small, older motor hotel type place, but were very happily surprised by what we found. The property is modern, clean, and well-located. The staff was friendly and helpful and placed us in a double queen room. However, the room we received had two king beds but wasn't cramped; the room was very large. So large, in fact, that we thought it was originally two rooms that had been renovated into one. The bathroom was large, clean, and modern as well. The room boasted new furniture and vinyl floors; the only drawback was that it could use an extra chair or three and a second table. We'll definitely stay here again in the future.

We booked three rooms for a funeral. We checked in and soon found one of the rooms would not lock. The front staff moved us to another room. Overall was disappointed with the rooms. There were no chairs or seating in two of the rooms, several light switches did not work, there was no place to set luggage besides the floor and in the third room the TV did not have sound. Being that it was for one night we simply just did our thing and left the next day. Two days later we were charged for the broken lock. Upon calling we were blamed for breaking it and was charge for replacement. Having only been in the room less then an hour and it was taken up with staff(which had to get us in that room to begin with due to issues with the lock and code) they moved us into another room. Was told by staff there was no way for us to dispute. Would not recommend.

The rooms are nice, beds seemed comfy. We were excited that we had found a nice room to stay in for the night. We ended up leaving only 15 minutes after check in. We were not made aware that this is a smoke free property until we arrived. We were told there was a smoking area and as long as we were in that area we would have no problem. The real problem arose when we went to the smoking area. I am a medical Marijuana patient, and in small print on the area sign it states that Marijuana consumption of any kind is not permitted on the property. Not even sitting in youre vehicle, or you will be fined $250.00 ( I believe). When I called the front desk they suggested I go smoke on the side walk near the street. A quick Google search told us per city ordinance that this could land me with a class b felony and up to a 1000 dollar fine. We are not from Oregon, the staff knew that, and gave bad advice. They were polite and offered us a refund. If you are going to impose such policies on you're property you need to be forthcoming and let people know before they book.
