The park has excellent management if you happen to be one of their close friends or family. If you’re a normal person looking for opportunities, if they ever answer your calls they’ll probably be happy to take your money to get you to move in so they can go back to ignoring you. Oh and be sure to expect every other electric bill to come a month late so you have to pay two months at once.

I spent 3 days scrubbing feces off bathtub and floor. Hundreds of insect carcasses by the refrigerator when I arrived in August. I was covered with spider bites after the first night. The cat had fistfuls of fur in clumps and I had an extreme hair loss in days from polluted well for hot water. My lease mentioned my responsibility to prove the toxic water. They left me out of the lease but did not refund my security deposit. Nice people but easy to see how they had 3 managers in less than a year. It was a nightmare. The neighbor next door developed nose bleeds from it.

Management discriminates towards applying tenants. Property manager wouldn't provide information on why application was denied.
I was a homeless veteran who recently applied for a rental and after more than a week I had to confront the property manager in person and all I was told is that I was denied with no explanation and they wouldn't provide any information as to why or who I could contact.
I found out later that it was denied due to personal reasons the manager had towards me

The laundromat is nice and pretty close to where I stayed. The place kept my deposit over mismanagement of our agreement but it came over new management and wanted rectify the issue. They gave me my deposit back which was very nice of them to do since they didn't have to.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Bear PAw RV park for a week.||The RV sites are huge - easily fit your RV and another vehicle next to it and still have room. I am thinking they are 60 ft long and 20 - 25 wide. It is focused more on adults as it is a community with long term tennants as well as short term. ||||Very quiet, great water, ||||Close to lots of National forest and lakes.

Nice clean park in the middle of Springerville. Close to everything. Very helpful and friendly managers. Easy hookup, great wifi and very quiet. Found dog doo that someone forget to pick up or would have been a 5.

I do the laundry at the laundromat over here at Cedar Court and they're pretty good but there were tires needing fix the quarters don't work on two of them

It's ok wouldn't be my 1st option. Could use a good cleanup, some flowers, new double-wides, rv's.
