We are very grateful for the fabulous service we got from the Catering Connection!

The food was absolutely delicious, and we even got great compliments from the vegans in attendance at our wedding reception!

Casey, the Event Planner, was so easy to work with, and she was very gracious in meeting our special needs, such as: ensuring that we had wonderful vegan options; making a special, no-processed-sugar and no-added-oil wedding cake and a willingness to use our recipe for that cake; serving fresh fruit as an alternative to a sugary dessert; and using reduced oil on all the entrees.

The caring servers also did a terrific job. They were attentive, gracious, pleasant, helpful (without being intrusive). And they were patient with us, especially at the end...when they were probably ready to go home, and we kept dancing!

There was only one slight flaw to an almost perfect catering experience. We had requested the meal be prepared with low oil use. We realize it probably would have been considered low use to most chefs. For those of us who cook almost completely without added oil and use mostly whole-food seeds, nuts, and avocado for our needed fats, there was still a bit too much oil in some of the dishes, or it would have been a perfect job!

We are overjoyed with our whole experience with Catering Connection and give them a 98% rating!

Catering Connection was absolutely amazing. Working with Casey was great, she was clear and prompt with communication, flexible to changing needs, and great at helping us ideate different food options within our budget constraints.

The food was also incredible. We asked Catering Connection to recreate our favorite salmon tacos from a local restaurant as an appetizer, and they delivered. Part of working with Catering Connection involves trying each dish on the menu at their office prior to the wedding, and it was a super fun experience. We were able to make minor tweaks to the menu, and the experience gave us piece of mind going into our wedding that our food was going to be great.

During the wedding, all the food came out on time, and the staff was very professional. Additionally, the bartenders were all super fun and had excellent execution of our His and Hers cocktails.

I would work with Casey and the Catering Connection team again in a heartbeat.

Most importantly of all, the food was EXCELLENT! Many of our picky eaters or those with high food standards came to us during and after the wedding to tell us how incredible the entrees were! Unlike what happens at many weddings or events, everything from Catering Connection was still warm when we were eating it and it was truly delicious. And we still have people coming to us with compliments about the mini desserts!

Catering Connection also worked with Amigos Rentals and they worked with us to assemble our vision for our ceremony and reception! Everything was what we imagined and more!

I worked in the Santa Barbara Events industry for 20 years. I worked with all of the caterers in town. There are several good ones. When it came to choosing who to work with for my daughter in law's wedding shower, we chose Catering Connection. It was a hot, sunny day, but they were cool cats. We never saw them sweat. (Not to say they weren't!) Food was delicious, service was excellent. No request went unattended. Always generous and responsive from our first inquiry, until our last bite. We all had a wonderful time, in no short part because we had the good sense to hire them. Highly recommended.

Casey and Catering Connection was absolutely AMAZING! From the very start, she was incredibly easy to work with, responsive, and professional. Our expectations were high after an outstanding tasting, but they still managed to exceed them on our wedding day.

We opted for a buffet instead of a plated dinner, and every dish was beyond delicious. The passed appetizers were so tasty... my only regret is that I didn't get to eat more of them. Casey guided us every step of the way in the planning process, helping us choose the perfect number and kins of apps, cocktails, and buffet items to create the exact kind of party we envisioned.

Catering Connection genuinely delivered on every promise and more. I can't recommend them enough! If you're planning a wedding or any event, seriously just do yourself the favor and hire Catering Connection ASAP. They truly made our special day EASY and unforgettable.
