Our go to, only one who can pull it off, caterer. The official caterer of Flight Night since 2014, they have consistently delivered unique and memorable dinner experiences for our guests year after year. Osso Buco for 700? No problem. Tomahawk pork chops hand trimmed for 800? Done. A myriad of options over 10 years prepared and delivered with a kitchen they create on-site each year, we are always appreciative of Katie, Chad, Sieg and the entire team of innovative chefs and excellent servers.

I absolutely love PartyServe! They have helped with me various community VIP events, catered for our company Christmas Party, catered for our Company Thanksgiving luncheon, and they have catered for numerous political fundraisers I was responsible for. They have helped me with food, beverages/bar, staff, etc. for an annual event I plan annually for over 250 people. There is no job too large or too small for this amazing company. They work hard, have an incredible work ethic, and some of the most professional and kind individuals I have ever worked with. The food is great, the presentation is great, but their service staff is EXCEPTIONAL. I have used Katie and her team for three years and they always WOW me! I can't say enough great things about Katie and team.... they are ROCKSTARS in my book!

Team of professionals served an element of military members at the Broken Arrow Armory. We enjoyed one most delicious meals ever prepared for us (for me, in the 29 years of service, I haven't tasted anything better). Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Terrible experience with this company. Would never use them again. I have had parties for over a decade and have used Seth Smith with Taste Catering. This year Seth began working for this company. The food quality and presentation was terrible. It was completely not correct from the menu that I had approved and have used at all of the previous parties. They forgot several items and were running back to their kitchen to get them during the party. They sent two bartenders that were inexperienced in making cocktails and one of them became rude and said insulting things to myself and my nanny. Shortly after this bartender starting crying and was asked by the head staff person to leave the party. The bartenders were not able to tap the keg and then during the party they asked my guests to help them get the keg to work again.
I spoke to their director of operations today who told me (when discussing problems with bartenders) that my party had several deficiencies such as the placement of the bar in the house. We have had the bar in the same room for many years and it has been an extremely successful party until this year. He replied to me the definition of insanity was doing the same thing and expecting different results. The party has always been perfect until this year. From upper management to the staff this company provides awful customer service.

All in all I wish I could give them no stars because that truly represents them. The food quality was terrible and was not eaten by guests. I had several ask why I changed to them this year. Every item on the menu was delivered wrong either incomplete or completely the wrong item. The quantity was wrong for three of the items and they made four trips back to their facility to correct. Then they tried to remedy the situation by making food at my house and thus making the kitchen a mess. The server tried to light my oven instead put it on broil and the house smelled like something was on fire.
On top of everything else the chef that was to attend the party (and has for the last 7 years) apparently had gotten sick and was not able to attend. We were not informed of this until after the disastrous events of the party.
I sent an email, text and made a phone call immediately after the party. The chef said that they would get back in touch with me immediately and I did not hear anything for 6 weeks. When I did finally hear from them today the phone call was insulting and basically they wanted compensation in full for a incomplete and awful delivery.
