The hotel is the location for U-Haul in Anadarko. I reserved everything that I needed for my move. I double checked the list and when I got there, they only had the truck. They were supposed to have a car trailer, 2 utility dollies, a furniture dolly, 4 dozen moving blankets and an appliance dolly. They had the truck. That's all. I had to get what I could from another location.

Positive: "" Negative: The main issue that really upset me was not being able to get a bath/shower. The hotel is out of date.

My experience here so far has been great. Room services and faculty are professional, and polite. They have a restaurant you can eat at as well. The office has always had us guests treated as a priority. Sam has been extremely helpful with our stay, he has answered all of our questions and always treats his guests with up most respect. With myself being a Marine Veteran he has allowed my transitional stay to be as easy as possible and has any of my needs met. The Castle Inn and Suites is also pet friendly and there has been zero noise complaints on either side. I would highly recommend a this place to friends and family. Great for when you are passing through, or for an extended period of time.

Everything was great! We had a nice relaxing time staying here. It was WAY better than the last time we stayed, which was about 10 years ago. So the new ownership is really good. The breakfast was also great! The coffee was good. We also had a little refrigerator/microwave. I’d highly recommend and the prices are very reasonable.

My family and I stayed here May 31, 2024, for a softball tournament. We drove in from Texas. As we drove in about 6pm, we saw that it was a very old motel but that doesn't really matter if the rooms are clean. The front office staff was courteous. We reserved the two double bed non-smoking room. All even numbered rooms are non-smoking and are all on one side of the building. As I walked in, it smelled and looked clean. But, the bed was a little bouncy. I wouldn't recommend this place for families with children until they make repairs on the swimming pool. It had a tarp on it. Due to the city requirements and costs to resurface the pool l, they haven't been able to make those repairs. My husband and 11 year old had the free breakfast. When they returned to the room, they raved how delicious it was and how sweet the staff was. Oh, lastly. There was a trick to making the water come out of the bath faucet. You have to twist it back and forth left to right and pull out for the water to come out. Overall, I would recommend it for adults without children who don't mind the basics. I wish the best for this small business owner and staff. They're all good people with kind hearts.

Worst hotel ever. Stains all over the floor dead bugs everywhere. One spider crawled on my stomach from my bed and another one fell on my face. It stinks. Do not stay here it is terrible. Found bed bugs as well. Had to sleep in our work truck

As I arrived I realized it was not infact a castle, But that did not deter me. I heard tell of breakfast. I was disappointed as in the reviews it said there would be people outside asking for cigarettes however there was none and I had to smoke outside by myself. The dirt outside was nice. The red is a nice touch. My eyeballs are stained with iron oxide and my teeth won't stop clenching but hey I leave my mouth open too much anyways. No attendant to ask for silverware but I did manage to carve a nifty set of bamboo utensils (sorry for the shavings). There where stumps of willow wood out back which I found quite useful. The pancakes being the size of a blanket fed my block adequately. Coffee was good. Bed had a classic "bounce" to it. Pretty dope madmax/10. Honestly had a great time.
