Beautiful property. Really enjoyed the hot springs, the delicious (health-ish) food, and all the fun, unique activities. My husband said he had one of the best massages ever. It’s nice that everything is included (aside from some of the specialized activities).
The service is truly stellar and everyone that works here clearly loves their job and takes pride in the resort. However, I doubt we would ever come back because it’s a little too far away from everything and you never leave the resort. This means you keep eating in the same place day after day and seeing the same few people again and again…
I guess if you lived in the Phoenix area and wanted to escape to a lush, quiet resort it’s a good, local option for frequent visits. But it’s too out of the way with little upside for us to return.

Do as many of the activities as you can!! Sonoran aerial walkway, all the hiking trails, and farm tour were my favorites. Incredible how much you can learn about its rich history while having fun. Also makes you appreciate and connect with the AMAZING cuisines they offer here so much more.

This spot is also such a haven for artists and creatives like myself. Captured some of my favorite photos here and felt deeply inspired by the natural surroundings. It even sparked the creation of a few pieces of land art that I’m hoping to revisit one day. I’m so grateful for the inspiration this place offered and can’t wait for the chance to return!

Absolutely amazing resort. Incredible food. Rooms were gorgeous. The entire staff were the most friendly and accommodating I’ve ever met. The massage was better than any I’ve had - at any 5 star resort. And the hot springs exceeded our expectations. You spend 15 minutes in the hot spring, followed by a cold plunge - you feel 10 years younger.

I left this amazing resort refreshed and recharged. I cannot wait to return.

My wife and I recently celebrated our honeymoon at Castle Hot Springs, and it was nothing short of magical. This trip was extra special for us because we aren’t wealthy by any means—we worked hard driving for Uber and doing DoorDash to save up for this stay. It was worth every effort.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were somewhere truly special. The property is a hidden gem, nestled in a stunning desert oasis. The hot springs themselves were the highlight of our stay—soaking in the warm, mineral-rich waters after sunset felt like pure bliss and gave us time to relax and connect in the most peaceful setting imaginable.

One of the most memorable parts of our trip was a private hike with Tasha, one of the guides at Castle Hot Springs. She generously offered us a complimentary private hike, and her knowledge, kindness, and enthusiasm made the experience unforgettable. Tasha has an incredible way of connecting with people, and we feel so lucky to have met her. She’s an amazing human being who we hope more guests get the chance to meet!

Our accommodations were amazing, with a perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Waking up to the beauty of the desert, surrounded by towering palm trees and serene landscapes, was the ideal way to start each day of our honeymoon.

The dining experience was beyond our expectations. Each dish was a work of art, crafted with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, many of which were grown right on the property. The care and detail put into every meal made us feel pampered and celebrated.

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They treated us with kindness and attentiveness that made us feel like royalty, even though we’re far from it.

Castle Hot Springs gave us a honeymoon experience that we will cherish forever. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a place to rejuvenate, connect, and create lasting memories. For anyone dreaming of a special getaway, I can’t recommend it enough.

Please open your hot springs to the general public. You are coveting a rare natural resource of healing geothermal water, for money. For someone to pay more than $30 to get in water that should be available to all people is unethical. In your case, more than $1500 has to be handed over. Open it up to folks as a day pass option, and I promise I will edit this review with praise.

The experience was not worth it. In terms of the lack of flexibility with check in / check out dates & minimum night stays. It was nice but unfortunately underwhelming after a night or 2. Seems they care more about their comfort vs how there customers feel about length of stays & dates of arrival. No consideration or flexibility at all. It felt like I was being held stuck by the 3rd night of stay. I would not return or support castle hot springs again because of the forced dates of arrival & departure or 3 night minimum stays.

We discovered Castle a few years back and have returned multiple times. But recently we decided to try a different resort as we didn't want to risk overdoing it at Castle. Now we're happily coming back to Castle because nothing else compares - I don't want to name names with the other resorts we tried, but *nothing* else compares.

Castle is just special. The hotsprings. The farm to table. The SERVICE. The wellness activities. I "learned" to meditate there; I learned I'm "wood element," which makes sense. I feel like I've become a more open person thanks to my experiences at Castle.
