For the second year in a row, Cassaro's catered an event for the Friends of the Redwood Libraries. This year it was a Holiday Brunch for about 50 volunteers and staff at the Eureka Library on December 12. As the person charged with planning the event, I did not hesitate to work with Chris again because of the excellent experience we had last year. Once again, she came through for us, producing a brunch menu that met all our requirements for gluten free, egg free, and vegan options, as well as ones that were simply vegetarian or with no restrictions. As before, everything arrived right on time and was ready to serve when we expected it to be. Everyone present agreed that the food was excellent and plentiful and met all our specifications. It is a pleasure to work with Chris, who is pleasant and eager to accommodate our requirements. I would not hesitate to work with her again in the future.

We had Cassaro’s cater our wedding for appetizers early in the day and dinner for the evening. Chris and her team were awesome coming in during the event to switch out the food. She really went above and beyond with her service!
All of the food was so amazing, we continued to get compliments from our guests for days afterward. I wish I could throw another event just to book again!

Cassaro’s catered a buffet luncheon for 50 people at the Eureka Library on December 14, 2023. The luncheon was hosted by the Friends of the Redwood Libraries for Library volunteers and staff.
Throughout the planning process Chris was friendly and helpful, responding promptly with information we needed to finalize the menu. On the day of the luncheon her staff arrived exactly when promised with everything we had requested: food, beverages, plates, etc, and all the necessary serving implements. We were ready to serve exactly at the time we had planned. In the judgment of those attending, the food was excellent and plentiful.
We would not hesitate to choose Cassaro’s again to cater an occasion.

Chris is the BEST. We used Cassaro's for a series of work events (breakfast and lunch) for ~30 people over the span of a few months and she made it seamless. She is a pleasure to work with and all of the various menus she provided were delicious, within our budget and considerate of dietary needs the group had. I would recommend Cassaro's 100% for any event you need catered in Humboldt County! I wish I could afford her to be my personal chef. 🙂

We had our wedding catered yesterday. The food was absolutely amazing.Everyone we talked to at our wedding was just raving about the food. I would highly recommend them for your event. The food, The service, the presentation, everything. I would give them ten stars if it let me.
