Stayed at Twin Oaks with our whole family. Very spacious, clean, plenty of amenities for all your needs. There was a crib, large theater room for the older kids and an open concept for hanging out in the living room. Hot tub was clean and easily accessible. Owners were awesome and assisted when we got stuck due to the snow. 10/10 recommend if you’re traveling with a large group!

We have stayed every year for years in hocking hills. The Cassidy’s cabins twin oaks cabin has been by far the worst. The online pictures are deceiving. The cabin needs renovating. The kitchen appliances and cupboards are old and falling apart. The place is not maintained. I do not believe he has a “cleaning crew” as he claims when confronted with the filth. There had been 9 guys that stayed for a bachelor party before my family. Nothing was clean. You could tell the sheets had not been changed and they smelled. There was a large spot on the top sheet in one of the bedrooms. It was fairly fresh. There were long hairs on the sheets and pillow cases. 🤢. There was mouse poop in the kitchen drawers. The refrigerator was dirty with broken shelves. The area rugs did not seem to ever have been cleaned. A vape pen was found on the floor along the edge of the sofa. Bathroom towels were ratty and the hand towel felt like it was “crispy”. There was black mold covering the ceiling of the shower. My daughter did not stay the second night because she was afraid for her 2 yr old’s and 8 month old’s health. Outside was big piles of dog poop around the fire pit and along driveway. When I emailed the owner about all of this, he was basically did not care. No pride in his business.

Mouse poop in eating utensils, spiders crawling up the walls, mold in downstairs bathroom due to no exhaust fan, dirt and crumbs everywhere. None of the linens were changed. I found a vape on the floor, luckily before my 8 month old got to it. Mice scratching at night. Had to leave early because i was concerned for my children’s health. When we notified the owner all he could say was “I’ll let them he maintenance man know”, “I’ll let the exterminator know” “sorry you had a bad experience”.

The cabin was extremely nice and super clean. My husband and I went there for an anniversary getaway and had an amazing time. We plan on bringing the entire family back very soon❤️

If we didn't have a large group, I'd have checked out right away. We rented The Cottage. There was a funky, musty smell in both cabins, the floors were dirty, laundry left in the dryer, fridge was gross, half of the lights and outlets didn;t work. neither did direct TV, (told owner about this. he was more concerned with his payment than anything) the grill was disgusting and a giant wolf spider crawled out of the jets of the tub that I assume weren't clean. Firewood was wet and smell bundles, property was very unkempt. We made the best of it, but I would not stay here again.

I honestly don’t know where to start… me & my fiancé have been coming to Cassady’s Hilltop Cabins for the past 8+ years About 6-8 times a year easily & we have stayed in all 4 of his cabins that’s available & LOVED LOVED it every single time!!! Bob is THE BEST, we showed up here in his driveway, like I said over 8 years ago by just driving around & looking for a place to stay & he rented the View to us those first 2 days & we keep coming back every chance we can get!! Actually right now at this very moment I’m sitting on the front porch of the twin oaks leaving this review!! Couldn’t ask for a Better place to stay‼️ Oh & the Fishing is absolutely Amazing 🎣💙🎣

Amazing cabins in Hocking Hills. We've stayed here 3 times, and have next year booked already. Owners are very helpful, cabins are very clean and have everything you need. Very relaxing!
Update-stayed again in October 2023. This is our favorite spot in Hocking Hills. Great place to relax and enjoy the peaceful area. Close to all that Hocking Hills has to see!

I can't believe I didn't take any pictures of the inside of this cabin! It was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The beds were clean and comfortable and all the nature around was breathtaking. We stayed over the 4th of July. It was nice have a game room and a movie theater. We enjoyed the hot tub and the side TV room in the evening when the kids were sleeping. My parents have stayed here before but this was our first time and it definitely won't be the last! I actually wanted to ask the owner for the building plans cause it was spacious and well built.
