Do not shop at Casey's ever..Updates at the bottom. Really would appreciate my money back. I'm stuck until you return my stolen money. They do not receive negative stars. So be careful using the pumps that malfunction. The pump doesn't work it will still take the last 64.15 cents from your account. And nobody can tell you when you get It back. Now im sitting in the parking lot waiting for gas money to reappear on my card whenever. What a joke. I didn't even get to pump any gas.but now my money is all gone. And everyone inside the store just shrugged their shoulders like they could care less. Smiling at me as they asked me to leave the store.. Never again will i use Casey's gas station again. Im not leaving the parking lot because im afraid to run out of gas. Thanks for leaving me stranded. Casey's.i want to know how i get my 68.15 back that caseys claims is on hold for gas i vever received at a faulty pump? I'm really upset right now. ruined my whole day. maybe my week. if i can't get that money back before 8 am, i can not go to work. so someone needs to figure something out. oh, and i can not eat. thanks, caseys. i was left stranded. if it were not for the 3.60 in chamge on my floor, i wouldn't have made it 30 miles home. now what do i do? oh. call corporate, they can help you.

It is now over 4 hours later. I still have not received my 68.15$ back on my debit card. No answers. Thanks Casey's for messing up my entire work day. And probably every day until you return my money. Had to eat peanut butter sandwiches for dinner. We won't have enough for dinner tomorrow because it will be gone by lunch. So if that money is not returned to my account by morning, i will not be able to work or eat until it does. Im beyond angry. Do not shop at or buy any gassl at these establishments. I didn't even get the gas i was trying to pump. And they are holding my last 68.15$ hostage. Couldn't even keep working. There is no compensation for the inconvenience. Just someone saying maybe corporate can help you. Wtf

5 hrs later. still no 68.15$ put back into my account. every min i have to toil over getting it back and any and all inconveniences will be paid. pathetic that a large corporation can take the last of your hard earned money and just act like it's no big deal. well, that is the treatment i am getting.

Now it is 7 hrs past the time i was robbed at Casey's by the pump. Still, my money has not been returned. Thanks for making my weekend a shambles. I WILL NEVER EVER NEVER GO TO THIS GAS STATION FOR ANYTHING. NOT EVEN TO USE THE BATHROOM. I AM BEYONF DISGUSTED AND FED UP. MAYBE I WILL JUST STAND OUTSIDE WITH A SIGN UNTIL THEY RETURN MY MONEY.

9am monday morning. Still my money has not been returned. Email has gone unanswered. I missed work Saturday, sunday, now monday. This is not just a major inconvenience. Now im starting to feel like i was ROBBED.
Tuesday april 15 still have not recieved my funds back into my account. For all intensive purposes the email i recieved from Caseys is telling me it is all my problem to deal with.
April 16 still have not recieved my money back.

Absolutely love this place. I like gas station food anyway but they set the bar so hi. Speedway can't compete. The Breakfast Pizza, I know, don't sound right but OMG. Didn't realize how good it was as well as well as everything else. Cheap to. A must try!!

Former five star review that is down to two. They just replaced the free air pump with a paid one within the last few days. This air pump was the reason I went out of my way to visit this station. Not only that, the price is not listed anywhere on the pump other than the card reader, which said it was $1.35. I was charged $5 (see attached photo).

This is a blatant rip off meant to take advantage of customers, not unlike when they changed fuel providers and alienated a group of customers last year.

The facility itself is pretty well kept and I have never had a problem with staff. However, management's decisions to lower the value they bring to customers brings me to the conclusion that avoiding this station is the correct move.

If you have not been to a Casey's before, do yourself a favor and go inside instead of just performing a pump-n-run. They have a good selection of standard snacks and drinks, but an excellent selection of freshly prepared gas station cuisine. No seriously, they have great pizzas - try their breakfast pizza, it's awesome.

Thankful for a great addition to our community. The pizza is really great and so is the fountain drinks and all the different food offerings. The clerks seem nice however here lately I noticed there is a turnover on employees. Sometimes that is due to management and I hope that this is not the case but like I said it's a nice friendly and clean store with many offerings. One bad thing they do have is the entrance to the store off of Hamilton-Trenton road is a pain as they never cut down the curb and make it a smooth entrance/exit like it is on Wayne-Madison road. I hope that this could get fixed? Other than that Welcome to our City my home for 32 years!

The prices on items in the store are almost always higher than listed on the shelf, and of course, as nice as the employees are, they can't change the price to what is reflected on the shelf. A 2 liter of Pepsi was 71 cents higher than the price shown on the shelf, candy bar 20 cents higher than shown on the shelf.

I stopped in and was in a hurry and grab the wraps. And they were amazing. They tasted delicious. I will be buying them more.
