We highly recommend Cascade Catering and will be booking them again! The food was spectacular for our New Year’s Eve party and Ken was so great to work with. He helped us develop the menu and was responsive and flexible with everything that came up. I wish we’d taken more pictures but highlights include the bacon-wrapped shrimp, buffalo chicken meatballs, sliders, beautiful fruit platter and charcuterie board. Everyone raved about the food and we’ve found a new favorite Caterer in Bend.

Ken was an absolute legend helping our crew of 18 stay fed and happy during a shoot in Bend! Can’t recommend him enough. Food was delicious, filling and full of variety for all of dietary restrictions. He came and set up dinner at our house while we were out so we could arrive back to a warm meal and delivered lunches so we could eat out on trail. Communication was easy and efficient. Thanks Ken!

The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Both dinners were served right on time, which kept our schedule running smoothly. Chef Kenny's attention to detail and professionalism were evident throughout the event.

After each meal, he made sure the area was spotless, and all leftover food was carefully wrapped and saved, perfectly prepared for us to use for the next day's lunches. Needed a fruit tart for my mother in laws birthday and found this on a quick whim and I am so glad I did cause this was the most amazing fruit tart I have ever had. Best we all had everyone loved it literally they all said it was amazing. Definitely will be back for all my baking needs cause this was just too damn good. Highly recommend 100/10 ❤

Ken did a fabulous job from recommendations on dishes for a smaller group to the delivery. Presentation was awesome and he was kind and professional. Food was also amazing. 🤩

Our wedding “all meat” heavy appetizers were amazing!!!! We had everything from bacon-wrapped shrimp to salmon roll-up sandwiches to curry chicken and sausage skewers AND MORE. The charcuterie board Ken put together was a work of art unto itself! He was so responsive, so easy to work with and just a wonderful addition to our small wedding gathering. It was weird to NOT be in my own kitchen serving my guests, but Ken gently reminded me that I was THE BRIDE and that he could pour drinks, keep things tidy and care of things. He was just amazing! 5 stars is not enough!!! 10!20!100 stars! I could not recommend him more highly!!!!

Ken catered our 50th wedding anniversary party last summer and our group of friends is still talking about how good it was! The salmon and beef were both perfect. He was so easy to work with.
