We love staying at Casa Paloma! We stayed twice this month and it is always a wonderful experience. Ray and Katie are perfect hosts, very concerned about their guests and they offer plenty of thoughtful additions, including fresh fruit, snacks and water in the room, plus in room coffee. They even offer bathroom amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, sun screen and lip balm. The breakfasts are excellent, so we look forward to them! They definitely go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. We will be staying again, for sure!

We spent our 20th Anniversary at this beautiful B&B. The owners, Ray and Katie, could not have been more awesome and accommodating. We stayed in the Mourning Suite which had a bottle of champagne, dessert and an anniversary card for us. So thoughtful! The huge property is a nature hike all by itself. Peaceful and secluded yet close to restaurants, the Tubac art community and more. The breakfasts were elegant, even the table setting was beautiful. We really loved it and hope to be back sooner rather than later. Thx Ray & Katie!!!|Ed & Deb

My husband and I needed a quick get-a-way from Tucson, Casa Paloma B&B was the perfect place! Quiet, low traffic, great restaurants, shops and stores nearby. Casa Paloma itself is a beautiful home, very comfortable with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the picturesque setting. Katie and Ray were wonderful hosts, Ray's breakfast's were fabulous and delicious. We would definitely go back!

We wanted a weekend away and had decided on Tubac, AZ. We were interested in the history surrounding the area. Found Casa Paloma on Trip Advisor. What a gem. This home is just beautiful , peaceful and homey. So many little corners to curl up and enjoy a book or a glass of wine. The outdoor areas are just beautiful. Our suite, had a door to a beautiful patio with a water feature. Perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Our room was very comfortable and every amenity that you might need was provided.|The host Ray and Katie are so welcoming and breakfast each morning was delicious and beautifully presented. We are already talking about a trip back.

We've traveled many places in the world, but this location exceeded our expectations by far. Katie and Ray are warm-hearted, wonderful hosts. Ray surprised us every morning with delicious and extraordinary breakfast he prepared himself. Absolutely fantastic!!! As far as the rooms are concerned you can see immediately that Katie and Ray love their home. The rooms are cozy and lovely furnished and decorated. The surrounding area offers the opportunity for extensive strolls to enjoy the lush greenery and amazing birds chirping. On the day of our departure we felt very sad to leave this magnificent place which had become our second home. We'll return as soon as possible. Thanks again, Katie and Ray, for making our time with you unforgettable.

The location was perfect. Near the local shops but also out in the beauty of the country side. Seeing the different Cardinals and other birds was wonderful. Their dogs were well mannered and only near you if you wanted them there (we loved them). Katie was a wonderful host. She shared critical information ahead of time enabling us to get reservations at our favorite resturant and experience local establishments. Her husband, Ray, the chef was also very interesting and wonderful. Breakfast was delicious, actually phenomenal; and Katie's, grandmother's silver added to the ambiance. Driving through the river added to the fun. The home was spacious yet cozy. Beds were very comfortable. Driving through the river added to the fun. Driving at night time was fine and close enough to the happenings. I hope to get out there again.

Our return stay at Casa Paloma in 2024 was as wonderful as our first stay a year ago.|We adore the Mourning Dove Suite--so cozy, with every amenity we love. The Sayres are such accommodating hosts, anticipating about any request a guest might make.|We have visited most of the points of interest in the area; Tubac/Tumacacori is rich in|Native American and Spanish colonial history as well as the lore of the early |cowboy days. This ranch building-turned B&B has its own interesting past that|enriches a guest's experience. Staying at Casa Paloma is a heavenly departure |from slick chain hotels and timeshares. The Sayres take great pride in their|property. They present the BEST breakfast every morning and create a tranquil,|satisfying atmosphere that brings guests back again and again||Visiting this area at the end of the tourist season has the small drawback of finding|some restaurants closed part of the week. Travelers should check out hours and days of operation.

Just a two night stay at Casa Paloma, but what a wonderful two nights it was. Nestled between the Tumacacori and Santa Rita mountain ranges and surrounded by mature trees it is a beautiful setting. We were greeted by Ray and two friendly dogs who gave us a tour of the house and the grounds. Beautiful old adobe home with plenty of area for guests to relax, read a book, or just sit in one of the comfortable overstuffed chairs. Later Katie appeared and asked for our preferences for breakfast and encouraged us to partake in the fresh fruit and snacks in our room with more available in the living room. Also included was an open bar with plenty of choices for the beverage of your chosing....open bar! Heck Yeah!||Breakfast the two mornings while we were there was outstanding with homemade sweet breads and jams. Soufflé one morning and pecan waffles on the second morning along with sausage and bacon. Plenty to do in the surrounding area, hiking, birding, and visiting nearby historic sights. Also plenty of restaurants to choose from.||There are two ways to get to Casa Paloma, one a little longer than the other. The longer is tame and a little boring, but the short cut involves fording the Santa Cruz River. So if you have a high clearance vehicle, opt to put a little excitement in your visit an make a splash and get a little wet.||We will be going back and this time staying a little longer. Thank you Ray and Katie for being superb hosts
