Rent is high and keeps going up every year. The water is fairly often turned off for repair. They have restricted office hours, the community center sprinklers and outdoor lights don't always work, and they provide no green space for the people who have dogs, to take their pets to relieve themselves (with pickup facilities provided), so they don't burn their paws.

Update 10/19/24 :
Just got a letter from the HOA stating that our base rent is going up AGAIN, by $46 which would total up to around $1,000/month.

When I moved into my house on 1/8/21, the base rent was $763.

My wife and I have lived here 1 yr 5 months. Very happy here! No problems with office managers. The park is well maintained and improvements made thru out the year. There is very active Activity club.

Most people take it upon themselves to write a review when they’re angry. I don’t think this is appropriate. I tend to write when I’m settled with a full picture of where I am. Settling. Meaning not angry but well in my home. I must say. It’s beautiful. It’s quiet. It’s lovely. I go to work each morning. And when I’m getting ready to come home. I’m happy. I love my home and the management is wonderful. I’m not a needy person so I don’t need a lot. However, when I receive a call keeping me abreast of any issues in the area. I appreciate it. Not many people in management today, Care enough to take the time to keep us notified but they do. So if you’re looking for that place to call home. I think it’s here.

Staff is rude and won't give one diddle about you they just want your rent and for you to shut up or die. Frequent water turn off and for days at a time. The gate is broken most of the time. Rather then make amenities nicer or better they just take them away and raise you rent each year by $60.00 or more. The management has hours for you go walk in and talk to them yet I have gone there durning those hours and the office is closed. Please heade this warning, you do not want to live here or on any Encore properties. Oh, P.S. Don't believe the pictures they post of the community I don't know where those pictures were taken I can only tell you they are not of this place

Do not go to this RV park. We lived there for almost 5 years. They have no internet. The water is always being shut off for problems they have. The woman who manages it horrible. One example, she made a disabled vet remove his lawn table and chairs from his carport where people would come and visit him as he is missing the bottom part of both legs and is confined to a wheel chair. His place was neat and tidy so it was totally uncalled for. Street lights have been out for months. She plays favorites and is so nasty. You will regret it. Rumor had it the pools were shut down more than occasionally because she did mot pay the propane bills on time. Worst place ever.

My in-laws live in this community, and it is great knowing that they live in a well kept and quiet gated community. The properties are always so clean and well kept, the amenities are great, and the calmness is such a plus!we love visiting them. Very safe community!

We applied for the space for the home we were interested in and were turned down. They said they used Transunion and both of our credit scores were suppose to be way under the standard of 620 They also said we had excessive amount of inquires which we had not applied for any credit for over two years. I emailed them back about my concern that they were not using the standard credit check for approval and also asked why when I looked at our transunion credit scores they were both at 620 and above. Did not receive any response from management. They are asking almost 1000.00 for space rent and the park looks horrible. We were going to pay cash for the home. This is not the way to treat senior. The home would have been perfect for us. Do not waste your time with any of the Casa Del Sol locations. They are all the same.

Lived here for 5 years in our RV. Was told we could not renew for another year because they were getting rid of all the RVs. We had to scramble to find another place to live. Drove back thru the park a few weeks later and there was a sign on our previous lot saying it was for RV annual rent. The manager is a nasty witch who only likes a very few people. Do not go there. They are always having the water shut off and dont fix anything. Street lights are out for months. You cant complain about anything or you are out. We kept our lot neat and tidy. There are RVs that are old and junkie and still there. Beware of the witch!
