I ask for a chicken breast sandwich combo. I was told that they didn’t have any chicken breast. Then they came back and ask me did I wanted to wait 10 minutes for the chicken breast sandwich. I replied yes. Which it took longer. Disappointed I ordered a chicken breast sandwich combo. The chicken breast was almost burnt. 🥵. The fries and lemonade was delicious.

Some of the best chicken, burgers, BBQ, etc. I have ever eat. They are very friendly and had my order ready promptly. I highly recommend Carters for anyone who likes this type of food!

Ordered a 24 piece and box of fries total was $50 I immediately pulled out of the drive way and just left. Seems like price gauging at its finest and plus it’s just okay chicken. It seems as if the sides should come with the bucket of chicken but doesn’t. Just too much money for not so good chicken.

Is it just me and my husband or does anyone else get a sick stomach after eating there? I go back because it’s good food but about an hour later we running to bathroom. Is this from too much oil or bad oil?

The food has always been the best, as an Adel regular it was wonderful to hear they got a Carters in Quittman. The service was absolutely wonderful, and they keep the restaurant clean. Respectful cashiers and the management team was helpful. They make you feel like family and I 100% recommend it.

The food was amazing ! Corndog for child , hamburger was the juiciest hamburger I’ve had in a while and well seasoned . Pork chop dinner was seasoned well and the French fries were good . Order 2 piece thigh and leg and was given a breast . At first , I was disappointed but the breast was really tender . They have amazing sweet tea as well ! Definitely worth it !

(update: I've been in lots of pain, I was driving and the pain reminds me of particular issues I have with particular seasonings, foods etc. I'm now in my local ER, hoping it will go away... Hopefully it's not related otherwise I'm screwed)

Try calling twice about the problem we were having. So I'll just post it here.
They obviously don't know how to answer the phone. We ordered one thing got something else, and in our side food there was something else put in it that I'm not supposed to have. There is no logical reasonable or rational reason for that to be in the side order.

It also shows, based on the evidence that they don't clean the grease vats very often
