The food was absolutely delicious and highly recommend. Used them for a business meeting.

There were a couple slight issues such as the road being blocked, so the delivery driver was late which is completely out of their control. Still arrived prior to the start of my meeting. It was tight before the meeting guests arrived.

The one issue was I got multiple unsweetened teas when I ordered a mixture. I had to call the rest to get this item redelivered and it was after the start of the meeting.

That’s really the reason I felt I couldn’t give them 5 stars for this order.

I called and emailed the staff to ensure I understood the menu. Overall, very helpful. I plan to use them again for future business orders and maybe personal events.

The Senior Apt where I live ordered this for a morning breakfast. I had a Bacon, Egg &Cheese Croissant and also tasted the Egg and Cheese Biscuit. Boy you talk about delicious. It was mouth watering good. Never I mean never had tasted breakfast sandwiches that were so delicious. I don't think anyone can beat them. I just want to taste the rest on their menu because if it's anything like what I experienced you are in for a wonderful treat.

Delicious Food, extraordinary customer service, great pricing! I just finished a luncheon catered by Carlyle's and had to write this five-star review. The food was hot and steamy, so delicious, on-time arrival and everything looked so beautiful. Their set up makes a simple work lunch look fancy. Rita, the sales manager, really knows her food and sets up so quickly and beautifully! Huge menu, tons of specials and everything is savory and cooked to perfection!! Highly recommend, will definitely use Carlyle's again and again!

Thank you to the Carlyle catering for a wonderful meal at our daughter's wedding. The food was fantastic and the staff was wonderful. The cocktail hour was amazing with wonderful hors d"Oeuvres.
We received many complements on the taste and food presentation. The Carlyle accommodated all food restrictions of our guests and all dishes were wonderful. We were very happy with the service provided and would recommend them 100 percent. Thank you to the Carlyle catering for a wonderful exceptional evening.

I've used Carlyle's a couple of times to serve lunch to a very large group at work (70+). Some things to note is they are always on time and they stick around to set it up professionally. Recently they served our holiday lunch and even my jaded grumpy folks raved. They made an effort to modify and add things for me and even did a mix of pies and holiday cookies and made up a holiday punch for us. Pies were outstanding and I never even got a chance to get to the cookies they scarfed them up so fast, ham got a lot of great comments and amazing turkey that was not only tender but juicy. They loved the Mac N Cheese and ate two full trays of it and scrapped it down to nothing as well as the stuffing and gravy. It was top notch and we will use them for our big luncheons again. They never disappoint and are always willing to help me out because I have to mix vegetarians, vegans, GS, etc. into the mix of the give me meat guys. I really appreciate a caterer like this.

I had a top-notch experience working with Carlyle's Catering for my company's recent holiday party. Sarah was so helpful throughout the entire process - she understood our ideas and visions from the very beginning, and helped us plan a menu that would satisfy our goals within our budget.

The menu options were fantastic - there was a wide range to choose from at different price points, and the prices were very reasonable all the way around. The food was DELICIOUS and was presented so elegantly at our event. Alexis went above and beyond in adding special decorative touches on the displays that truly brought our event together. If I have any catering needs in the future, I will be definitely looking to Carlyle's before any others!

One of our main priorities for our wedding day was delicious food. We got SO MANY compliments about our The Carlyle Catering's food! We did a tasting before deciding and the food was delicious. They let us sample whatever we wanted from the menu which made the decision making much easier. We chose to do 3 stations, salad, and hors d'oeuvres with Carlyle's catering company. Everyone raved about the food and was stuffed when it came time for the dance floor. I wish I had pictures but I ate it all too quickly!
