This place was GREAT! we stayed 2 nights and wish we had more. Normally I am not immediately comfortable at a hotel. It was CLEAN, there was always an employee kind and helpful. There is a restaurant on site, bakery, market store and a gift shop. there is also a theater where they have entertainment. Well worth the trip.
The breakfast was good, the lobby is welcoming, and there are sitting places throughout. I can only imagine what it looks like in summer....THANK YOU for a wonderful experience ! Ken and Julie Edmonds

Very quiet and peaceful environment. Great place to stay for a weekend and either enjoy the peaceful surroundings or adventure out and explore the Amish countryside. The rooms all have a balcony or porch access so when it’s warm you can sit outside and relax, otherwise it’s nice to enjoy the sereneness from the window.. especially with snow in the ground. Hotel has a pool, continental breakfast, and seemingly other things available throughout the day. Truly if you’re just looking to relax for a few days this might be the place to go!

A fantastic place to stay near the Amish country attractions.
This is a beautiful hotel with very nice rooms.
There are nice sitting areas on the first and second floor with fireplaces to sit around and unwind. There's also an indoor pool with a hot tub, and a small workout room.
A nice Continental breakfast is served in the morning and snacks are served in the evening near the pool area.
The staff is always helpful and very friendly.
Be aware that shops and restaurants are closed in Amish country on Sunday.

I've been visiting the Carlisle Inn Sugarcreek since it was constructed. It has always been a very nice experience, which is exactly why I've been returning year after year. The inn is always perfectly clean and actually smells good. It is refreshingly quiet and laid back with so many amenities. The snack time in the evening is great and so is the complimentary breakfast. We most always receive a food voucher that we use at the Dutch Valley Restaurant, which is also amazing.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful area. Staff is friendly and warm. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Love the second floor sitting area. The cookies and popcorn in the evening is a nice touch. Look forward to our stay here every New Year’s Eve.

We stayed in the 2 bed suite with our kids so there was 6 of us all together. We had plenty of room for us which is usually hard for us in hotels with a big family. The rooms were wonderful and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing which is what we wanted. The staff were all friendly and very sweet.We enjoyed the pool only thing the kids and hubby said the pool was quite chilly other than that it was great. Breakfast was good and a nice variety from cereal and yogurt to fruit and muffins also a waffle maker and a variety of diffrent breskfast foods. The kids loved the snack time in the evening with the popcorn and cookies. We definitely will be back again to visit!!!

I cannot say enough about Carlisle Inn in Sugar Creek OH. We go there at least twice a year with kids and family. It is 5 star on every level! Immaculately clean, wonderful friendly service, the staff genuinely cares about your comfort. Terrific breakfast, Akua is so very accommodating to our enjoyment of breakfast. We recommend the Carlisle Inn to all of our friends for a lovely relaxing weekend getaway.
