We came in and picked this site a year ago. The lady that took our deposit said there would be no barking dogs here. We told her about the place we were and dogs barking. We were told you can pay monthly. That way if you don’t like it you aren’t stuck. There are barking dogs on each side of us. It has ruined our winter. People do not follow dog rules. I asked to move in October but they were reorganizing the reservations. No one ever cared to ask how our first stay here was going. Dogs on long leashes up on your sites as well. I post these to help new folks like us. Buyer beware.

Would. Love to rate it but they never returned messages and phone calls, even when one talked to people in the office. They never followed through, we looking to be a customer. Don’t believe the you -tube reviews. We will visit turning our 24-25 visit. Looking for a place for the winters

What was a promising choice at first turned sour when we arrived! We were bumped from the site that we had reserved a year earlier and the site was never used for a house set up as we were told. The spot we got was one of the worst and noisiest, non private sites on the property and we were not impressed… Not wishing to complain we toughed it out, but the constant noise of pickle ball at all hours, and the yelling and whoop got old!

The selling points are the pools and hot tubs, but they were frequently filled with foam or murky, but when in order they were quite nice which kept us there… The gravel sites are nothing spectacular and the lack of any landscaping make it unattractive. Perhaps people like the look but it didn’t fit us? Lots of talk about billing mistakes and “careless”attitude from office staff. The biggest complaint is the disingenuous and abrupt attitude from front end staff who definitely need some lessons in customer service. We had to leave early and left two weeks on the table without a refund, we get it but having checked out at the office they were relentless calling to collect $12 bucks in electric which was cheerfully paid after three phone calls! Concerns were raised and they just dismiss us and attempted to talk over us. i certainly wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t recommend CVS mostly because of the office staff. There are lots of other cute places for all budgets and Yuma for Snowbirds is to consider! There are lots of rules not equally applied equally to all guests, especially the rules concerning the length of flatbed trailers, which are frequently pulled in behind RVs to carry toys or cars. It felt las if from Christmas on the Canadians were almost a bother… Very disappointing, since our money spends exactly the same at $1.35😳 Reality or perceived you dropped the ball CVS

Wonderful 8 year old RV park..Lots of activities including a bowling alley. Very fair pricing and excellent accomadating office staff. Lots are full service ,large 50 amp, cable on gravel. Very enjoyable and relaxing place.

We are new to being snowbirds, but not to the RV world and parks… CVS was promising at first however, we were bumped from our preferred site, booked a year ago and moved to a site. That was unacceptable but we chose not to complain… Just as well because the front and staff Was disingenuous and really showed no concern for our complaints… The pools were often murky and the hot tub filled with foam…… Do not choose a site anywhere near the Pickleball courts unless you enjoy the constant racket from the balls and the players not our scenes sorry to say… Overall we will not recommend this place for people who want a quiet experience and prefer a smaller environment with a little less cruise ship attitude… The constant noise of street racers fireworks, and ATVs and side-by-side’s in the desert around in about gets to be a little tedious, there are for nicer alternatives in Yuma… Be sure to check those out first!

Top notch resort in Yuma! Plenty of fun activities to do with groups or just with your partner. Folks are fun & relaxed here. Super clean facilities, several places to walk your dogs, paved roads, gravel level pads with really large sites to put out awnings & mats. Showers are large & clean with great water pressure. They serve some food & snacks, the amenities are many w movie, computer, library, billiards, laundry & poker rooms. Open room for church, yoga & assembly. Plus other large room for dance & stuff. Quiet at night. Pools & hot tubs accessible all the time. If you enjoy pickelball, there are plenty of folks & courts to play with. This is our second year here & it's been fantastic! The cost is really reasonable especially if paying by month. Highly recommend this place!

We love this park. The sites are large. The amenities are great. The people we've met are friendly. Lots to do. The onsite church is fantastic. We are here for 6 months definitely be back next year. There is Corn Hole, Bocce Ball, Pickle Ball, Bowling, Shuffleboard, Billiards, Horse Shoes, various card games. A great gym, pool and jacuzzi area.
